Several weeks before our birthday party arrival for the hibachi table reservations were made and the hostess was ready for us and knew we were coming
We were quickly seated and greeted by our waitress and all had cocktails and sake
We had of everything including shrimp, scallops, steak and lobster .
The shrimp and scallops were very large and flavorful. I would definitely recommend them.
I tried the steak and lobster and both were delicious.
We all had a great time and had plenty to eat and plenty to take home.
Our Chef, “Juan” was excellent and entertaining. And our waitress was a sweetie.
Be sure and make reservations and have a wonderful evening.❤️

My family and I went out to eat and spent about $65 per person on food. I ordered sashimi appetiser, I got better quality fish and bait and tackle store. The miso soup was not miso soup. It was canned beef broth with those fried onion chips. Very salty. The tempura vegetable tempura was very good. I ordered chicken and tuna grilled. It was marginal. Chicken was tough and dry a lot has changed. They gave you an option of white rice or chicken rice which was a few dollars more being that there was seven people at the grill. They cut up one small chicken breast mixed it in the rice and charge three dollars more per person wasn’t very good overall if you’re super hungry you’ll eat anything that’s the place to go.

It’s all about the garlic butter! My taste buds more than enjoyed the food but I can’t say the same for my cholesterol. It is a great place to go for special occasions. The staff is awesome. The wait for a table was not very long, about 20 minutes.

Great dining experience! Service was fantastic, honestly the best experience we’ve ever had at a Benihana. Food was cooked perfectly and the seasoning was amazing. Our party of 7 was beyond satisfied. Steak was very tender f’er. Chicken was wonderful. The chicken friend
rice was phenomenal. The ginger dressing was very fresh. Everything was really great. Our chef was full of personality and had cool stories to tell. His talents were awe inspiring! We will for sure be back.

The entire experience was just okay. I was actually really disappointed. The service was slow and disorganized. Which is surprising for establishments like these. If you e been in a hibachi type place you know they have their typical routine. Drinks, apps, soup, salad then order your meal. But in this case our apps cakes out while they were already cooking our meals and our soup and salad was sent to another table. My hibachi was bland. I had to add so much “yummy yummy” sauce to add some flavor. The Ahi Tuna was good. If you’re ever in Key West…I would venture elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars for service, I would.
Our first carry out order arrived with no sauces. We gave it another chance… the second time we ordered, we received strip steak instead of the filet we ordered, and two of our three salads were missing. When we called to resolve it, we were put on hold repeatedly and then told it was our fault, that we hadn’t ordered filet, despite the fact that we had, and the order was simply written incorrectly. They also said they needed to check with the bartenders to see if they made the salads, which was irrelevant since the salads never made it into the bag either way.
After being transferred multiple times, the third person we spoke with actually raised their voice at us. The “resolution” offered was to refund only the tip we left at pickup; nothing for the incorrect entrée or the missing salads. Completely unacceptable service for a restaurant at this price point.
