The three of us were there for the first time last night. We mixed up our orders with Tacos, Quesadilla, and a Burrito…all three were good portions. All three could be “customized” with choices of toppings…all of us were very satisfied with our choices.
The three tacos were ordered as the Combo…one steak, one pork, and one chicken. The Quesadilla was the Pork and the Burrito was the Steak version.
The gal taking our orders was very friendly and helpful in taking our orders and making suggestions for us newbies.
The chips served with the meals were very good but there was no salsa…I should have asked about getting some but the chips were good regardless.
The place could use some help visually as it was pretty sparse on any decor…but the value is good and we’ll be back!

Nice portion for the price??? $16 Chicken burrito but chicken had no flavor. Nice choice of sauce but wished they had queso. Chips were hard as a rock. It was ok but not real sure I’ll be back again- nothing that made me say “that’s good”

Love stopping at Pablo’s when I’m in town. It’s great late night food and also great for lunch or dinner. They have good food with lots of choices but not overwhelming. Great amount of food for the value. I love the rotation of salsas, most recently tried the Spooky Berry and it was so good, and the staff have always been friendly!

Got the veggie salad which is similar to a burrito bowl at say Moe’s or Chipotle, more lettuce and a bit less rice but just as delicious. You also get a free side of chips. The grilled veggies were outstanding and I totally could have eaten a bowl of just those they were that good. Definitely will be back!

One of the best joints in town! 5 stars for the tastiest & most unique salsa flavors! NEVER a disappointment! However, wish there were more than 2 tables for seating (dang covid!). Im happy that our own Cedar Valley has such an outstanding eatery!

Good burrito place, I felt the portion sizes were good for the price and they had a large selection of salsas for the burritos. My one complaint has to do with the lack of flavor the chicken had. The burrito really needed hot sauce or something.

Some of the best Mexican food in the Cedar Valley! They have great homemade salsas that are great with any of there meats. My favorite is the lil burritos they have! It’s nice to get a small options for burritos.

Wanted to try a New Mexican restaurant with my friend, not authentic if that’s what you’re looking for. No queso or limes, didn’t ask for cheese on my steak tacos but was given cheese. Not one to complain about my order, but it’s definitely nothing like what I was expecting. If you’re looking for an authentic Mexican food experience I recommend you go elsewhere. Also would consider them overpriced for the quality
