My first experience at JCD did not disappoint! Perfect spot for a larger group with a plentiful variety of transitional Korean hot pot/entrees and BBQ. The menu included a few “safer” options for people who may not be familiar with Korean food as well as a few vegetarian friendly dishes. Plenty of booth and table seating- definitely would return.

I’ve been here a handful of times now and it’s definitely my favorite KBBQ in the Portland area. Worth the drive out from Vancouver. The BBQ combo sizes are generous and the sides/appetizers are tasty. We always get the tteokbokki 🙂 Friendly staff and prompt service. I always recommend this place when people come into town!

I just visited JCD BBQ with a group of three friends, and we were absolutely blown away! From the moment we walked in, the place was spotless and inviting. The atmosphere is super clean and comfortable, which is always a huge plus for a K-BBQ spot.

The food was outstanding—everything came out tasty, fresh, and incredibly filling. We left completely satisfied (and maybe a little too full!).

But what really made the night special was the service. The staff were all exceptional, but I have to give a massive shout-out to Danny (Clark). He went absolutely above and beyond for our table. He was hilarious, kept the energy up, and made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask.

Danny is definitely part of the reason we’ll be coming back soon. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, this is the place to go!

This place is fantastic and open late on weekdays! Nestled right in Cedar Hills Crossing, it’s hidden behind Plaid Pantry. Very friendly staff, INCREDIBLE food. We got the BBQ combo and it was perfect. So deliciously fresh and so much food for the price. I highly recommend and will be back with the whole family!

First time here tonight for my mom’s birthday/ this place is so good, we are going to make it our go to place for Korean bbq from now on! First reason we love this place is because we finally found a Korean bbq place that’s not all you can eat! We have small children and elderly parents who don’t eat a lot- so it’s a huge plus. Second one is this place feels super new and clean , even the bathrooms were clean and smell good. Last but not least, staff were super friendly – everyone who served us was really nice and kind. Their side dishes were really generous and they offered to replenish more than once. Price was more than reasonable. Yes we are definitely coming back!

Just finished eating at JCD Korean BBQ and, wow, we’re stuffed and happy!
The food hit all the right notes, tons of options, super tasty, and felt genuinely Korean.
The staff were all smiles, the service was quick, and the prices didn’t make our wallets cry.
We’re already planning our next visit. Get Kalbi!!

One of the best galbi in the whole Beaverton area! Great portions of beef and grilled perfectly – very tender.

The array of bonchon was delicious and perfect with the meal.

We also had the tteokbokki with cheese and ramen, and soondaeguk (small). Both very delicious and good portions. I think the tteokbokki would’ve tasted even better with more gochujang/spicy.

The restaurant is extremely clean and attractive. They installed hoods at each table and routed the ducting very professionally! Service was attentive and quick.

This places deserves all the love. Get yourself a Terra too – it is the best Korean beer. Then mix it with soju!

There aren’t a lot of choices in terms of Korean food in Portland, but I’m happy to have discovered this place. Good mix of street style and restaurant food here and it’s good too. Parking is a challenge in this crowded little strip mall. Additionally the night we went, 2 tables that sat after us were served before us (we were only a group of 5) and we waited a long time before they even took our order. That’s my only gripe, otherwise it was good food.

This is a fun little restaurant for spicy and delicious Korean street foods. The service is good and the prices are reasonable, servings large. We tried chicken and cheese as well as seaweed noodle rolls. Enough food for 2 plus leftovers for another meal. Love it and will return!

Criminal to charge $11 for Fries!
A bit expensive here.

Lighting sucks and was a bit dark.
Worst chopsticks, they use an odd Flat shape that’s awkward to use.

Service was not bad, was ok; they didn’t follow up and ask if we wanted more food, drinks or desert.

The sides dishes were flavorful and good portion sizes.

We ordered the BBQ Combo for 2-3 people but it fed 4.5 of us.

Overall, good food and we would come back.
