Dinner for my family we are in from Kansas and we had the worst experience ever ordered 2 pizza and 2 bread sticks placed the order 6:03 ticket number #0125 it is currently 6:54 we ordered the BBQ brisket pizza and they did not have that pizza instead of telling us they went ahead and put BBQ sauce on the hamburger pizza and gave it to us now we are waiting even longer on another pizza definitely interested in getting my money back do not recommend pizza from here your better off going to Pizza inn so if the owner could reach out

Rude waitress. Was told by a waitress that they were about to close when we asked to be seated.
The manager overheard her and said we had an hour before they closed.
The waitress had an attitude when she was told what to do, and acted like she didn’t want to serve us. The manager told her where to seat us, and the waitress seemed even more annoyed.
After we sat, the waitress asked what we wanted to drink, and we settled for two waters and a Sprite.
Again, we received a very cold and unwelcoming vibe. So, when she went to get the drinks, we left. We really have no plans on returning.
We went to Little Ceaser’s then went home.

The food was good, flavor that is. The cut was very bad. We got bottled drinks because were not offered a choice. The lady at the register was very rude. She was short with responses and when I asked if they had garlic dipping sauce she didn’t ask how we wanted our drinks or if we were dinning in or taking out. And I don’t appreciate the eye rolls when I ask a question. Also they did not tell us that the pizza was even ready. The lady working the counter just went back to folding boxes in one of the lobby booths and we went up there to check on it and it was sitting on the warmer in to go boxes. Not a great experience but at least the food was good. I am big on customer service so this place probably won’t get another visit for a long time.

After many years of not ordering from them because I thought this was the worst pizza place ever I ordered one tonight since it was so close to my new apartment. They out did themselves and showed me they are worse than I remember. Absolutely disgusting how is this place still open? Do yourself a favor and goto the Pizza Hut on Clay street atleast they know how to make an edible pizza

I purchased 2 cinnamon rolls plus 2 medium pizzas. Notwithstanding I had my puppy in the car with me, when I was handed my order, the top box of cinnamon rolls slid right off the stack and landed on the carpet of the floor. I tried to catch it but the box was steaming hot!. I ended up purchasing another order of cinnamon rolls. The employee said it should be ready in about 10 minutes. In the meantime. I drove to the gas station down the street to clean the mess off my carpet. When I returned approx 20 minutes later, I was told to drive around again because my order was not quite ready. No problem. When I received my order…again popping hot, I was going to ask for a bag as to not make another mess. But I chose not to. I believe it should be standard practice to use bags, especially at the drive thru, when handling multiple size containers that may slide off in transit.
