We found this place online when looking for a new fun brunch place, and Gigi’s sure didn’t disappoint. The interiors were so charming and homey (particularly love the map wallpaper), the staff was attentive and friendly (we even got to meet the owner, Lily), and the food was terrific. We had lemon blueberry pancakes, avocado toast and eggs Benedict. Next time we’ll try more South American fare as we didn’t realize they had all of it. It was truly a wonderful experience.

After Mass and before the snow storm, went for brunch at Gigi’s cafe @gigiscedargrove – in Chloe’s words- very good service, food and drink (coffee- she had an iced Nutella latte) 10/10 and cleanliness 10/10.

One of those places that feels quietly right.
Good coffee, well-made food, unfussy but thoughtful — the kind of café you actually want to return to, not just photograph once.

It has that neighborhood rhythm: people chatting, working, lingering. Nothing try-hard, nothing chaotic. Just solid execution and a calm, welcoming energy.

Sometimes that’s the highest compliment.
A place that knows what it is — and does it well.

Only thing is next time I’ll bring champagne ! (It’s BYOB).

Tried Gigi’s for the first time this morning. What an amazing cafe! The latte flight is perfect to share with a friend and exactly what we needed to wake us up this morning. The Chicken Avocado arepas are to DIE for! Perfect blend of flavors. The environment is super chill and gorgeous inside. It’s also roomy enough where you don’t feel like you’re on top of other guests. Lastly, the staff was friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to come back!

Come in and grab a seat. Server brought over the menus and then came back to take our order. We got the Toasted Marshmallow Mocha hot and iced. Both were aesthetically pleasing but also tasty. The tres golpes was a hit and loved the avocado with pepper sprinkled on it. Tres leches pancakes were so good and didn’t need syrup. Ordered two eggs and Taylor ham on the side. Everything was delicious and we will be back again. Plenty of seating and definitely can use as a remote work location. We found quick parking right in the front.

In looking for a place to have brunch on New Year’s Day, I was sold on a picture of mangu con los tres golpes. We arrived to a saxophonist playing some tunes and were greeted by the owner. It is a beautiful and cozy space with lots of different seating options. The coffee menu is fun and extensive, definitely want to come back to try the latte flight! The food we ordered was super yummy the flat white was delicious and overall it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend you try it if you’re in the area, and if not it is most definitely worth the trip! Wishing this Dominican-owned business much success and many blessings in the new year and beyond.

I absolutely loved my dining experience today at Gigi’s Cafe! The space is beautiful — and the food is also beautiful, and absolutely delicious! Their Valentine’s menu was so fun and I’m excited to return for future special menus. We tried the Amore Pancakes, Tres Golpes, Red Velvet Latte, and Waffle Latte and they were all delicious. You can literally see how much detail the baristas are putting into making each drink. 10/10!

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this place definitely left me speechless with their customer service. It was only 3 of us and as soon as i got there i waited about 5 mins standing up and no one paid attention until i went myself to the front and ask if i sit myself or wait. They said wait and then we waited an additional 15 minutes . The drinks took forever and when they came they were not tasteful at all. We addressed the waiter and she was super rude about it, at first she tried to fix it and she got irritated at my younger sister and turned her back on her to take an other order right infront of us. For $10 a coffee, this is is unacceptable. If i’m mistaken the lady who was “taking care“ of us was the owner. The food wasn’t warm or really tasty. To be a grown adult going back and fourth with a teenage girl about her drink is not how you attend customers in a professional or respectful manner. She should’ve found a solution for the customer instead of going back and fourth. I will not be going back, we spanish people should be better with each other. Customer service is outrageous, idk how this place has good reviews. I would go in with more details about the food and drinks but the pictures should explain it well enough. We didn’t even bother to finish and yes i paid for both the $10 coffee that tasted very unpleasant. My other sister got a matcha coconut water drink and she did like it, atleast she enjoyed her drink cause …

Had such a great breakfast here! Ordered one of their specialty lattes (cookie crumble) an egg and cheese on a croissant, and empanadas! Everything was out of this world. The aesthetic in here is awesome too. It’s very cozy-chic. Friendly service. Will definitely return.

Absolutely loved this Dominican-owned café! The atmosphere and vibe are so inviting, and they had live music that sets the mood. The food was delicious – so many options, the coffee was tasty, and the fact that it’s BYOB is a major plus. Perfect spot to relax, eat well, and enjoy great energy. Highly recommend! Coming back with my girls next time!

To say this place is delicious is an understatement! From the warm service to the cozy ambiance and the incredible variety of dishes, everything just feels right. The arepas, tres golpes, and tres leches pancakes were out of this world — and don’t even get me started on their specialty lattes! I apologize in advance for not taking more pics, but the food looked so good I couldn’t help myself — I dug in before snapping a shot! I just left and already can’t wait to go back. A true gem! ✨
