Good service. Terrible food.
6 of us ate this evening. One mains and 3 desserts,
I sent my steak Scottish “fillet” steak back (which has never been a fillet). After ordering it rare and it arriving well done. The second steak was well cooked but a terrible cut.
Our main course took 1hr30 to arrive for its first attempt.
Just terrible – however the front of house staff were polite and were just doing their jobs. Obviously a management issue,

Beautiful selections of fresh food, paired with an extensive drinks list and some quite unique wines.
We are a selection of starters and sides to get the most flavour, topped off with sticky date pudding with baileys ice cream.

We celebrated my husbands birthday at the terrace restaurant last night.
10/10 food was just amazing , everyone loved their meals.
They were quick to bring out food being a table of 17.
Nick who is the supervisor made sure everything was perfect for our night. Our table was set with balloons and potted floral arrangements as I requested.
Thank so much Nick and staff. Will be back again for another beautiful meal.

Had dinner with two others. Excellent service and attention to detail from the time we arrived. We all ordered a main & dessert – all arrived within a reasonable time and we’ll cooked. Would recommend

What a terrible experience. we had a table of six people, 3 had starters which came out ok , then we waited almost an hour and a half for our mains which were mostly eye-fillet steak, all meals arrived cold and on cold plates one was cooked as to how it was ordered the others were not , Staff seemed very disorganized and it wasn’t a busy night , chips came out stone cold but at least were replaced. I cant recall having a meal out at this price level that was this poor in a long time.. Just terrible ..

It was my first time at terrace. Service was below average. The staff looked like they didnt care. My husband and I ordered eye fillet which was cooked to perfection and potato gratin was amazing. I ordered side of salad I thought I could have got a better one from the supermarket. We were waiting to order drinks but no one came to take our order so we had to ask for service. After finishing our meals was the waiting game again. My husband had to go to the counter tell them that we want to pay. Honestly , I receive better service at Subway .

Such a lovely place, staff were so lovely and welcoming. I went with a friend for dinner and we were so happy with how quick our service was and the quality of the food. The young boy who made our cocktails did a wonderful job they were beautiful and so yummy! Definitely recommend!!!

A massive thank you to Nick our server. He was amazing, so happy, nice and attentive. Food was great, perfectly cooked steak and awesome cheese. Good price for excellent service, you don’t get this very often anymore.
