I always have a bad experience at this Subway but tonight for dinner was convenient. Ordered thru the app. Once given my name because the order wasn’t at pick up location they took 5 minutes examining the order and my name before handing me the bag. I regret not checking the bag… I ordered a footlong and received a 6inch. Called the store and no one answered. Left a message for management to call me back.

We visited this Subway on Sunday March 8th at 1pm. Vincent started our order. The rudest most, unpleasurable person I have encountered in a long time I think he needs a hug. The young woman who finished our sandwich and ring us up was extremely sweet and pleasant. While she was ringing us up Vincent looked down at our sandwiches started getting loud and rude with this poor young lady cuz my husband asked for extra pepperoncinis and I asked for extra cucumbers. I feel sorry for the young lady. She has to put up with his terrible attitude all the time all the time. We only had to deal with him for a few minutes

I haven’t been to this subway in a long time at Walmart in Lehighton, the employee were very slow making 3 subs and the soda float machine was empty. The food wasn’t as good, and a customer came in behind my husband and I he asked the employe if he could cute it old school not should what it maens the employe replaid: in a rude way no I don’t want to cute myself, I always thought the customer was right, I guess NOT
I had a half of my sub left to take home couldn’t find the employee until I seen him in the kitchen on the cell phone I guess that’s how they work. I told my husband with are not going back.

Honestly I had the most baffling experience in my 37 years on Earth today at this specific site. I had placed an order through the app around 1pm for pickup at 230 and annotated in the note section to please have my order ready since I was going to work. Ive done this before with no issue. When I showed up, the order was not ready and when I asked the worker he shrugged and said he “didn’t have time” Mind you there was 1 person who looked annoyed ahead of me. So I proceeded to get and pay for my drink at the gas station in which the Subway is located and when I came back to once again pick up my sub- it was not ready and he asked if I still wanted it. I said….um yes it’s paid for already and I went to buy my other items. He said to me- no need to get loud with me, I didn’t know you still wanted it since you walked away. What????? I was like you have got to be kidding me. He said “Ima bout to not even make this sub right now” So I’m like are you serious right now? And I walked away even though I paid for my sub already. This comes after my experience on Monday where I ordered 3 subs and when I went to pick it up, was told there was “no bread” and my order couldn’t be converted to wraps because they “were frozen”. These are 2 separate workers mind you on 2 separate days. Absolutely atrocious, will literally never go here again and will be escalating this to corporate, full Karen style. I’ve never been yelled at in my life by a worker and his behavior today was absolutely unacceptable. Attached is proof of my orders and order #s. I was reimbursed for my 3 sub order for 39.50 but not until I insisted the man call his manager. He did not offer anything or aplogize for any of the mishaps. I can’t imagine this site being open much longer.

Was at your Subway yesterday..It’s Always Dirty! Juice spilled on floor! I told them..They didn’t clean it ..Food area was Gross! I was going to get a hoagie but not after I seen the mess! It wasn’t even busy! They had time to clean ! Never going again!!

Never has wheat bread and something is always broken. For the third time I’ve came they didn’t have any wheat bread and the toaster was broken. Drink fountain always spits out water. Poorly managed & never coming here again.

My parents & I stopped for dinner. . . . Two workers were not personable, their medium length hair stuck out of their hat and was unkempt. Store was not cleanly. They did not clean up at all after we sat down to eat, when we got up to leave there was still our sandwich papers ect on the white board. The soda machine area was also messy and a bit gross.

I’m usually not one to complain but I have about 6-8 years under my belt of working for subway and this was probably the worst I’ve had a customer experience at.

Yesterday we ordered here while shopping, no issues at all. But today. Ordered me and my wife’s food on the app right in front of the workers. There was two people who came after they approved our order. Lady was on the meat slicer for so long while the other went back and forth doing some thing else? We waited there about 30 mins but when the line formed and they started taking new orders is where I got upset so I asked about our order. The whole time it was wrapped up sitting on the counter so now I got two cold sandwiches and everyone who came after us got theirs fresh. What’s wrong with people? Accidents happen but seriously how do you not notice two people standing impatiently next to the mobile pick up for 30 minutes? Hellooo. At least talk to me and acknowledge our wait time. She said sorry at the end
but sorry doesn’t warm my food up. Guess I should finally go buy a microwave

We had an issue with our subs that were made before, pure lazybones and just slapped together (by kyle, short dark hair male) Literally falling apart!! Couldn’t even hold it. And he didn’t really seem to care when I called to complain about it. The owner actually reached out and apologized, he sent us coupons for the inconvenience. We decided to give it another try, today was a completely different experience. The staff were super friendly, and very respectful. (Mike I believe his name was (heavy build with long hair and some tattoos) made our meals perfectly. We will be returning, but only if that gentleman Mike is working lol

No shade to the young man that started our order. I think his name was rylee he gave us amazing service! The other young man that was working was TERRIBLE. Very rude to us. Angry tone in his voice and practically throwing our food around. Our order was placed in a SOAKING wet bag on the bottom. He told us to hold the bottom as the food would fall through. Will not be going here again.
