I stopped this morning and ordered the wrong drink, which I didn’t realize until I got to the window. I told the dude what I did and offered to pay for both the one I screwed up and the one I needed. He was super gracious and only charged me for the one I needed. Good customer service is still alive and well at this location! Very grateful for the kindness!!

Doesn’t make any sense! Pulled up to this Starbucks and waited in the drive thru for abot 15 minutes witch is fine. When I got to the actual window was told they aren’t accepting the app to but will allow me to receive points. But I had to pay with tap or a physical card. Why didn’t they say this at the order screen.

OK, So my husband went here this morning like we usually do. And he went through the drive through. My husband is a smoker. He’s smoking his cigar. As he reaches the window one of the young ladies told him he wasn’t allowed to come BK do to him smoking in his own car. Because she’s supposedly is Allergic to the smoke. As if he was blowing it in her face. Which he wasn’t. He would Never do anything like that. What the hell is wrong w/ this location. So, now ppl are being told what and what not they can do in their own vehicle. That was totally uncalled for That Girl needs a Reality CK!

Crap area so crap atmosphere but I guess it is Colfax. Food and drinks are Starbucks food and drink. You know what to expect. Service is good for nothing. Went through the drive through, got 2 drinks, and a pastry. Drinks came wrong and on top of that I was met with such attitude and poor treatment, you would guess I was the dude serving me’s ex. No hi how are you, no sign off either just blank words. I’m mad I didn’t tip. I should’ve asked for a discount.

I worked from this location for a few hours. Power outlets are available and the wifi is good. It was quiet and peaceful to have my cup of coffee and get a little work done.

I asked for a large mocha cookie crumble frappuccino with strawberry puree & strawberry inclusions and when we payed she gave us a grande and charged us for a grande and she said we asked for a grande when we didn’t ,also when we told her she got the size wrong she made a face of annoyance.. and my mom said it’s okay we will pay the difference and she made us the drink in a large and when she gave us the drink it didn’t have none of the strawberries in it and was just a mocha cookie frappuccino

I frequently order at this Starbucks, but on this day, I didn’t have my wallet on me and I wanted a glass of water because I was thirsting very badly. Feeling faint even. I pulled into a parking spot, parked and went in and asked kindly for a cup of ice water. I was told I had to purchase something. Normally, that’s no issue, but I did not bring my wallet and I kindly explained that and ask for an exception. I even showed my Starbucks app history which showed I have purchased three items in the past week from Starbucks. The rep told me no still. I asked to speak to a manager, thinking surely they would have the authority to override such a decision on a one time courtesy basis. I also showed the manager how I frequently purchase items in my srarbucks app. She also said no it was a new policy and I had to at least purchase something. I told her I forgot my wallet and she still said no. To say the least this is very very disappointing. I understand the policy, but I believe there should be exceptions. What has the world came to? Shame on you, Starbucks manager and Starbucks! Make so much money and can’t give out a cup of water when someone tells you there not feeling well and don’t have their wallet. Wow.

The service here was excellent – friendly, professional, and super fast. I loved all the little touches like the board with photos of the baristas and the “take a book, leave a book” cart (don’t tell anyone but I took a book and didn’t leave one – in my defense, I didn’t have any books with me to leave. I’ll pay it forward the next chance I get). Anyway, I highly recommend this Starbucks.
