Overall not the best Dunkin in town. I always order the 6 dollar breakfast meal deal that includes a breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns and a coffee. I got the bagel, egg & cheese sandwich and this is the third time they’ve burnt my bagel. I suggest going to a different location that’s better, otherwise I have no choice. But to just stop going here :/ it is what it is. I don’t think they care about improving at this point.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for a long time, but what happened tonight was beyond disappointing — it was downright disrespectful. I went through the drive-thru at 7:47 PM (store closes at 8:00 PM) to order a simple small hot coffee with hazelnut. The employee working the window, Lauren, handed me the cup and immediately slammed the window shut while she and the other staff started laughing. I didn’t understand why until I took a sip and realized the coffee was ice cold.

I honked to get their attention and they continued laughing and joking around instead of helping me. When Lauren finally opened the window, she told me, “We’re closing soon, that’s why we didn’t make any more.”
If that were the case, she should have told me before taking my order and charging me.

As someone who used to work for Dunkin, I can say this is completely against Dunkin’s standards. The sarcasm, the rude attitude, and the mocking behavior were totally unprofessional. I came here with a migraine hoping a hot coffee would help, and instead I was treated like a joke.

This needs to be addressed, because no paying customer deserves to be treated this way. I’ve always liked this location, but after tonight, I’m seriously reconsidering coming back.

So I will never go back to Dunkin’ Donuts. The girl asked if I was going to tip them. I work in an industry where I live on Tips I don’t get very much an hour because of that I’m pretty sure that the Dunkin’ Donuts employees get the full hourly pay. Why do you think you deserve a tip if you were getting $10 an hour then I would want to give you a tip.

I walked into this Dunkin’ hoping for coffee, not a performance, but apparently the employee working the counter was committed to putting on a full show. The attitude? Oscar-worthy. The eye-rolls? Practically choreographed. The sarcastic smirks and “this is hilarious” energy? Truly breathtaking in the worst possible way.
It’s almost impressive how one person can turn a simple order into a tragic customer-service disaster. I didn’t know grabbing a cup of coffee required surviving a whole personality storm, but here we are.
If management is wondering why customers walk out annoyed, they might want to start with the person who treats the front counter like a stage and customer service like an optional hobby. Lauren!!!

This place has gone down hill quickly. They moved the amazing manager to another store and the new manager is condescending and has no control over the store. He calls everyone “Love”. 25-35 minutes at least for a mobile order. They will clear the store out three times before you get one drink. The staff yell at each other because they are all so frustrated with the chaos. Twice in the last 7 days I’ve had to leave and come back to get my kids to school on time. When I expressed my frustration to the new manager her told me to drop the attitude as the staff are yelling at each other. It’s so unprofessional that these young kids working there are more kind than the manager who is clearly in over his head. I hope they can get a handle on the store so I can change this review to something more positive.

The worse dunkin I have ever been to! I placed a timed pick up order several hours in advance. I get there and my order is not there. I told the manger to cancel it on my phone because it was not yet charged and it was not ready and I had already been waiting for several minutes. Instead she put the order through and said it was ready. I waited 15 minutes more and the order never came out. The store was a chaotic mess. I had to leave without the order because I was late for the event and they had the audacity to charge my credit card for an order i never received. Horrible experience. Terrible customer service.

I ordered ahead at 1159am for 1 sangria refresher, went into the drive through and spoke with the attendant at 1204pm, then when I finally got the window at 1215, no worker even came to the window, then at 1217 I knocked on the window and no answer. Then again at 1219 I knocked again and no one was even coming over or looking at the drive through lane. Finally at 1221 someone came over and opened the window and I said I’ve been waiting almost 20 min for my 1 drink, verbatim, and the girl just said “ok” with a tone like she didn’t care and was unbothered by it. This is completely unacceptable behavior and waiting almost 10 min with only 3 cars in front of me then another 6 to 7 at the window itself with no one there for 1 drink they pour from the tap. Absolutely will never go here again.

Shout out to this Dunkin for actually having doughnuts even at 3pm. Coffee was delicious and tastes fresh too. Will definitely be back to this location since the others in this area don’t compare!

Service is terrible, pulled onto the drive through line and noticed it was backed up. Decided to get off the line to go into the store to see if my order was ready and nothing was visible to see if it was ready, and no one was helping at all, with only 3 people in the store including myself. Heard a worker ask if I was there and no one answered so i answered that I was and still continued waiting. More time goes by and my food is ready but was pushed to the side by the worker. Worker claimed to be short staffed but had about 4 people doing the same job, they really need to know how to spread out and do different positions when necessary. Lots of places are short staffed but still run better than this store.

On Oct 4th 2025 at 8:50am i put my order in at the Dunkin Donuts establishment store #341662 the woman at the drive thru took my order and as i waited after i paid for my food she then told me to pull up at the edge of the drive thru so i did I then waited countless minutes for my food as drivers were beeping for me to move as i was just doing what I was told from the drive thru attendant. I then proceeded to go into the store after i waited and waited i seen people that walked in and walked out with their food. The same drive thru attendant then hands me a bag after asking what was going on with my food I ordered she then handed me a bad with cold food and smushed up potatoes. I told the manager Nicole at that point if she could remake it and she then got attitude with me and started to say she was so busy which that was in-correct I’ve seen Dunkin Donuts busy that to me was poorly managed establishment with many employees that were working at the time. You could also review the camera if they do not believe me but it was a very horrible experience. That Manager Nicole should not be managing any establishment in the food service industry.
