Absolutely my favorite place for Milkshakes!! I don’t indulge in coffee, so I can’t rate how their coffee is, but if it’s what they’re known for, and their milkshakes are this good? You know they are somehow even better if you enjoy coffee.
I can see a long future of coming here, especially due to the service and atmosphere! Everyone working here is so friendly and inviting, as well as understanding. I have never felt as if I was not listened to, which is a must in my book for a place like this!
As one last note I would like to add, I am not sure who put this, but I appreciate the sweet message someone wrote on my shake this most recent time ordering!

Definitely a staffing model to study. Everyone is very customer service oriented, they CRANK the line around and the coffee is legit good. I just hope it’s not an array of part-time positions to avoid benefits and a living wage.

It’s not my favorite coffee. The beans have more of a fruity aftertaste rather than a woody one. If you prefer fruity coffee beans, this is for you. The barista are always nice and the lines are usually efficient

Where do I begin?? This is such a cute place and everyone is so kind. I would say this is more for people who enjoy iced and cold drinks than hot drinks but they are also amazing! The prices aren’t bad either! Overall, please hire me I love your business haha

These kids are worked way too hard, production set so high, the poor 20-something working in the tiny coffee bar slipped and fell on a pool of ice from all the iced coffees made on a hot day. I wonder if these unsafe working conditions are even legal. I offered to call for help twice while waiting for my drink, and the lady declined. I would come back if the employees were treated better. Sadly it appears that the senior leadership cuts corners to maximise profits at the expense of their staff. Drink was fine, place reminded me of a Tim Hortons crossed with a Sonic.

Presley was so accommodating and patient with me as I have a dairy and caffeine allergy. She assured me numerous times that my drink was decaf. I’ve had issues before with my drink but it’s only gotten better and I trust 7brew with my allergies! Thank you so much to Presley for being so patient with me!

Love the atmosphere here and the drinks are amazing! My husband and I first initially tried them in Arkansas and we were so excited to heae of the opening in New Hartford! We will for sure be regular customers! We can’t wait for opening day!
