I’m a current student, this food is so bad. It’s 100% quantity over quality, half of the time the food isn’t even cooked all of the way. There are very staggered meal times so if you come in between the designated hours, they won’t have anything but sandwiches. Hanging with people in the cafeteria is great, but we don’t eat. Also- i have witnessed tons of friendly servers that get fired for “taking too long” when they are really just talking to students and being polite. Debbie Schwinn doesn’t care about our food intake

People are yelling all the time. Every food is fried and coated in oil. The fruit is so fake it tastes like nothing. I stand in line for ten minutes every time I want something because the servers keep their back turned and ignore customers.

Seed oils are awful for students.
Lowfat dressings with processed ingredients.
Lack of actual healthy choices. They cook their eggs in canola oil/butter alternative. Please switch to organic butter. Students need brain food, no wonder everyone has to pound celsius and gains weight so fast.

Great social spot. Worst food on the planet. I got worms and parasites from eating the pork and chicken. Also, apparently they fry their eggs on Canola oil which is extremely toxic for people. No wonder students are getting fatter and lazier because they’re always at the cafe! The chicken is always undercooked and they need to stop dousing the food in seed oils. My suggestion would be if you don’t want to catch a worm or cockroach in your food, stay away from Sailfish Dining! I literally had diarrhea for a few days after eating the food here. Go to Chick Fila or Einsteins as much as possible.

Frequent accounts of cold and stale food, rotten fruit, and raw chicken served here. Frequent accounts of food poisoning. Dinnerware is unsanitary and has tested positive for mono. I honestly don’t know how this place is still standing. Oh yeah also way over priced. DO NOT COME HERE (unless you’re a student and are forced to have an all access meal plan in which case for your safety I would recommend counting it as a loss and eat at chickfila every day out of pocket).

I attend the university this cafeteria serves. There are very few things to look forward to in terms of food, rice is always poorly cooked, food is cooked very inconsistently based off who is working. A couple of the employees are friendly, but the lack of quality food serves to reserve a 1 star rating for this establishment.

I’m really surprised at some of these reviews. PBA is my Alma Mater and I went back with my son for a college tour. The aet up of the dining hall was great. They had a hummus bar, salad bar, soup, Mongolian grill (fresh veggies were being chopped right there), sushi was made to order, an omelet bar, traditional hot meals, burgers, pizza, chicken, a GREAT dessert bar, ice cream and more.

Exquisite dining! Palm beach has nothing on the delicacies served nightly at this establishment. Yummy!

Come on now you cant hassle me at the door to get to the food and then once i get in not have any food except salad and pizza , it feels like a scam to even get the meal plan anymore.
