Just left KFC was told 13 minute wait on a pot pie so I ended up just getting tenders, ended up having to wait around 15 minutes for some tenders while 3-4 cars in drive thru drove out and 3 people came inside and all left for 8 chicken tenders and fries??? Pretty upset I paid 30.80 for 8 chicken tenders and had to still wait just as long as if I got the thing I wanted.. then to not get my change back on top of it!…

Just ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and I swear this thing must be really old because it was so tough that I could barely chew. It ended up having to throw it away.!! I don’t know if it was just poor meat or old but it was disgusting

Ordered 6 pc chicken (3 drums/3thighs)fam dinner….recieved 2 drums, 2 thighs, 1 breast. No heads up or explanation. Had to deal w it at home once i discovered this. This is normal and acceptable nowadays. Society is doomed.

Never had a bad experience at KFC until today. Ordered an 8 piece with Cole slaw and mashed potatoes. The condition of the chicken itself is enough to only give it 2 stars. Crush was soggy and falling off the chicken. I pulled it out and discovered the whole bottom of the bucket was full of grease and water. Apparently they got in a rush and just threw it from the fryer straight in the bucket and moisture got it.
Also it would be nice to get some silverware since I’ve asked on 3 different occasions and it hasn’t happened yet.

Horrible customer service. They don’t acknowledge you when you’re waiting to order inside. They just pass and look at you. Be ready to WAIT A LONG TIME for your order.

Ordered on the kiosk and watched as drive through orders went out left and right. Finally got to my order and the told me that they were out of biscuits and fries. Fries they would substitute, but the biscuits I was SOL with no refund offered. Then, when I get home, they shorted me half my food. Absolutely will not be back.
