As a restaurant owner myself, I really love this place.
A $14 meal that tastes this good is both cheap and delicious.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would.
Don’t focus on the service at a budget restaurant like this — they’re doing their best while struggling with rising rent, expensive ingredients, and paying their staff.
Restaurant workers already earn very little, so please appreciate their hard work.

Overall was fine—had slight depth of broth but it didn’t have that “wow” factor. You could definitely get a better bowl for the same price elsewhere, but if you’re in the area and you’re craving pho, I suppose this would suffice.
Noodles were great. The house special had several variants of meats which were all good. I did wish the tripe was cut into smaller pieces than the singular large piece that I got.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I felt I had to share our experience from our visit. My mother ordered the pork chop rice and unfortunately became violently ill just 30 minutes after eating. We aren’t sure if it was an issue with the freshness or the cooking process, but it was very concerning. I had the beef dish, and while I didn’t get sick, several pieces of the meat were extremely tough and difficult to chew.

We got the gyoza (which is on the very crispy side) and spring rolls which were okay solid 7/10. We got seafood pho one regular, one spicy both were great though heavy on the onions. The only thing I didn’t like about the pho was that you only get one little stick of imitation crab and they refuse to give you any extra. The food was good, the service was not, there’s no one to really greet you or seat you , you have to find someone and then they seat you. The waitresses and manager don’t check on you and they’re kind of rude like they don’t want to be there and then there’s also this sign so, do with that what you will.

I’m honestly in disbelief at how customers are treated here. We only come here as a last resort if other pho places are closed. After today this wont even be a last resort. We came in as a party of five, and a table of 3 was immediately told to move. She said it rudely with a dirty look. The new table was uncomfortable, and when they asked to switch to a more comfortable table , she said she was busy and couldn’t do anything about it. The server minutes later came to take our order but we reminded her the group of 3 ladies were here first. She mentioned how they want to move their table basically refusing to take their order because they wanted to move. The ladies spoke up and said they will just stay at that table. Server still approached them rudely making the table of 3 and everyone else feel unwelcome.
Another table of two waited a long time for menus while she walked past repeatedly. We felt uncomfortable watching how she treated every customer. We ended up taking our business elsewhere, and on our way out we told her it was because of her attitude and that she needs to fix it. She just said, “okay, that’s fine.” If a place is going to treat any customer with disrespect, I’m not eating there. We won’t be returning.

Food was good and we got it pretty fast. The service was the worst part. I seen a TikTok video saying don’t expect service and she was right. Our waiter wore glasses and barely came to our table while she was circling the restaurant. She gave us the weirdest looks and overall I just wouldn’t go there again because of that.

I placed a delivery order through UberEats & my food was ready fairly quickly (<10 minutes). I ordered the Shrimp Spring Rolls, Pork Egg Rolls, & Pork Chop Vermicelli Noodles. All the food was hot & very good. I got a large amount of meat with the noodle bowl & it has a tasty sweet taste.

The food was good. I was kind of thrown off by the way the spoons were in the shape of the meat which I ordered the steak beef up, but it did taste exactly as I was hoping I did ask for extra sides of cilantro, onions, and jalapeños, and I only received five jalapeños and two limes (after asking for it twice)the egg rolls were the only thing that did taste a bit old like it’s been sitting out Overall, the food was a 9 out of 10 but the customer service could have been much better

First time I’ve tried PHO….I will say it is good. Not something I’m used to but good! Spring rolls were cute but I’m into texture as well as taste and it’s a definite no for me. Overall the service was good my food came out nice and hot. I will definitely do it again just not anytime soon!

The food was good, the service was just eh. Server is not welcoming, very dismissive. Not really a good environment. Also beware they charge for extra lime… Not much but it’s a little insane considering they’re very stingy with the lime.
