I used to really like this place but when I took the lid off my beef & broccoli with lomein tonight I smelled a sour smell, almost like gasoline. When I scooped the lomein onto my plate, the smell was even stronger. I tried a few bites & it tasted off (this is something I’ve ordered before). Idk if it wasn’t fresh? Or the dishes they used to cook weren’t clean? Hoping I don’t get sick! This food isn’t cheap either. I spent $60 for myself & 2 kids.

We finally found a good Asian restaurant. We get our orders to go. Many places when I tell them extra spicy sometimes I don’t even get spicy. I believe this is our sixth time getting takeout and order was exact. Each time the quality of the dish was excellent.

1st. Place was 30° inside. Order wasn’t ready the 30mins I waited before picking up. Watched them microwave the spare ribs, grab scoops of pre-made fried rice and fry them again. Total disappointment to a place that has been good… seems like old lilac blossom is back.

It’s clean inside, the husband & wife are ALWAYS as friendly & accommodating as they can be, given the language barrier.
Their children are kindly & well behaved, & Zindy will help with translating when necessary.
This is my GO-TO spot when I’m craving high-end Chinese takeout, at a reasonable price.

This was a delivered order, and I absolutely loved it. Finally beef that’s edible/tender!! I moved here from Westchester County, and it’s ridiculous that I’ve not been able to find any Chinese food up here that’s actually good, until now!! Thank God for Lilac Blossom!! Hope you stick around

Food was fine, but apparently expecting to use the restroom was asking for too much.
I asked the person at the register if I could use it, and she just said “no” and went right back to work – as if I’d asked for a five-course meal for free. It’s wild how something so basic can be treated like a luxury. Definitely not coming back for the pathetic hospitality.

We ordered for the first time per my daughter’s recommendation, and we were not disappointed! The food was delicious! We got the vegetable lo mein, the sweet and sour shrimp, and two egg rolls. We enjoyed every bite. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I think we got two spring rolls rather then two egg rolls, but they were very good, just the same.

I stopped after being in the area and was very happy. Some of the best dumplings and amazing sauce I’ve ever had from a Chinese restaurant. My shrimp and garlic sauce was delicious. Actually yummy shrimp and nothing mushy like most Chinese restaurants. My husband and son each got the house stir fry udon. Amazing. The owners were very friendly and very accommodating. I’ll be back!!! I’ll be craving those dumplings!

I’ve gotten boneless ribs and pork fried rice twice from Lilac, the ribs were better the first time but still yummy the second. Rice is so good! Will go again! My GPS was very confused by the parking lot, it’s a one way lot and not really visible until you’re on top of it but I got there after one hit and miss.
