I liked this mordern style indian / thai place. We tried lamb madras and chicken massala with shafron rice. Also, my friend had tom kha soup and prawns with lemon rice. Food was good, I can’t say that we liked all the dishes, but main courses were good. Service was very friendly, recommend us everything and we had a really good pleasant experience. Overall ambulance i’m at atmosphere was pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try good Indian food in the heart of Royal Wilanow.

I have been to India many times and eaten at perhaps hundreds of Indian restaurants globally.

First, the positives. The restaurant is very inviting and beautifully decorated. Nice atmosphere. The service was warm and competent. The food was presented beautifully.

Unfortunately, the food was a let down. I ordered the paneer tikka starter. It was beautiful, however, did not taste good. The paneer had a dry, crumbly texture. When cheese is previously frozen, it takes on this texture. I suspect the chef has taken a shortcut, and did not make fresh, homemade paneer., which should have a soft, delicate flavour.

I was looking forward to Tandoori chicken, but unfortunately, this restaurant does not have it. I do not recall ever being at a “modern Indian” restaurant that did not make its own Tandoori grilled chicken. Making fresh Tandoori chicken is time-consuming– you cannot just microwave something from the freezer. This omission feels like a short cut, perhaps the restaurant cannot be bothered taking the time to make good Tandoori.

Instead of a Tandoori dish, which they have none, I ordered butter chicken. The sauce was very, very sweet. Also, the chicken was in small cubes, rather than fresh-pulled and chopped. Of course, restaurants can take a short-cut and buy bags of frozen chicken that are pre-cooked and pre-cut into small cubes, to save time. That is what this looked and tasted like.

To the owner: Think about the quality and freshness of your food and your chef’s approach to preparing fresh food. Your kitchen is taking shortcuts which are revealed in the low qualify of the food. Even if the food is beautifully presented, if it does not taste good, it is a failure.

This is my second time here at Namo. Fantastic food. Fantastic atmosphere. And our server, Piotrek, was phenomenal! We ordered the spread for 4 people and it was more than enough for everyone. 10 out of 10!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ NAMO truly stands out with its exceptional ambience—possibly the best among all Indian restaurants! The experience was top-notch, with a rich and inviting atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors, and reasonably priced.

One of the best surprises was the generous lunch offer, which even included a huge jug of water at no extra cost—something many other places charge for. Overall, a fantastic spot for great Indian cuisine at a great value. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Namo Restaurant, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The standout dish was undoubtedly their biryani, served in a traditional pot that not only kept it warm but also filled the air with a captivating aroma. The flavors were rich, perfectly spiced, and absolutely mouth-watering

The food plating was beautifully done, adding a visual appeal that made the meal even more enjoyable.

Considering the quality of the food, service, and ambiance, Namo Restaurant is truly a value-for-money gem☺️☺️

When I first heard that Namo Restaurant had some of the best Indian food in Warsaw, I figured it was probably an overstatement. Turns out, it wasn’t.

The atmosphere is fantastic—warm, stylish, and welcoming. We were greeted by friendly staff and allowed to sit wherever we liked, which set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable evening.

Now let’s talk value: we spent 180 zł for two people and got a lot: samosas, salad, rice, naan, chicken tikka, butter chicken, and palak paneer. At most other Indian places, that would’ve easily been 300 zł, especially with drinks. So price-wise, this place is a steal.

The food? Incredible. The spinach paneer was some of the best I’ve had in Poland. Super flavorful and creamy. The butter chicken also stood out. It was rich and balanced, not like the bland curry shop stuff you sometimes get in London.

The interior design is also worth a shoutout. It’s got a really unique vibe: creative, cozy, and inspiring. You can tell they put thought into it.

Needless to say, I’ll definitely be coming back. 10/10.

Bonus tip: If you’re looking for a more intimate experience, go midweek. We went on a Wednesday around 19:00, and it was perfect.
