This was a clean Arby’s,although an older store. The employee who waited on us was more than courteous and friendly and entered our order as requested. It took a little while to get our order…it seems they do a lot of drive thru traffic.

This was our first time at Arby’s and we just loved it. Ordered for Buffalo Chicken Wrap, Chicken Club Wrap and a Peach Lemonade drink. Loved it all. Perfect in portion, perfect in taste.

I don’t know who she is, but there is this very nice dark skin lady who is always working the drive skin window. I never got her name, but she is the sweetest lady there, and she always makes my day. I truly believe she is the kindest person ever, and she has restored my faith in humanity.

They are always so sweet when I come through and the general manager Elaine Connor was more than pleasant and made sure after not receiving our sandwich in the drive thru to run outside and chase us down to give us our food and went out of the way to give us extra stuff for the inconvenience. Which didn’t feel like an inconvenience because we couldn’t get over how nice everyone was.
