Treated my children to a bit of culture….there are no waitstaff, you place your order and they bring it to your table. Not one single person in the place smiled the entire time we were there. My food was mediocre at best. My son seemed to enjoy his cheese pizza, and the bread they have out complimentary is nice and is actually good. Every free table was extremely dirty. Not a great experience. Won’t go back.

Just left. Won’t bother coming back to this location. The to-go girl was completely flustered, and allowed it to interfere with her quality of customer service. I was not familiar with the menu and when asked something about my order, she yanked the menu out of my hand… I had not realized it was the catering menu. But the way she did it was the issue. Good was good, nice location. I know it can get busy, but it should never affect your customer service.

In general la Madeleine is a great place, good food, decent price. This particular location however, was just dirty. Some type of tomato bases something on the floor under a table, greasy film on the dishes, my eggs benedict were cooked completely through hard boiled, my blackberry creamcheese croissant was soggy, 4 out of 5 salt shakers were clogged with sething greasy, they had to set aside 5 of 6 cups just to get me my coffee they were all dirty….just a really poor experience over all. Most stores are fantastic and we love them, just not this one

The food that I ordered was terrible. My mom and I were going out to lunch and all the food was nasty. It was a long wait for that food. That was the first and last time I will ever go to La Madeleine. One thing I might admit is the tomato soup was decent but it still wasn’t that good. I don’t recommend going to La Madeleine.

The worst La Madeline that I’ve been to. Been here several times just because it’s so close by my house. Tried giving it the benefit of the doubt for all of their shortcomings, but they continue to disappoint. They rarely have items that others have at the ready. The espresso machine has been broken for a month so, but they manager said they won’t fix it because it costs too much! Their plates and presentation are truly sub par compared to other La Madeline’s. Do yourself the favor and just make the trip to the Lakeline location instead.

Just left the joint – most expensive lunch ever. Took 5 minutes just to be acknowledged there, food not great either – paid for basically a big mix of cheap food that sounds fancier than it is. No service past the payment point, will never go to this place again.

The food was delicious. The service was awful–the staff couldn’t care less if you eat there again. La Madeleine is usually a great place to eat with friends. I will pick another location next time.

The food is sit-down quality, but quite often the service is only slightly better than fast food. Servers don’t work for tips and it shows, but they are usually helpful and friendly, just not especially proactive.
