PS- forgot to take a photo before digging in food was too good to wait!!
This was not my first experience here and the first time the pizza was very good!
This time I ordered a small Margarita pizza thinking of how much I loved the large one I had and unfortunately it was not good at all. There were chunks of raw garlic on it, you could not taste the basil at all and it was just not good at all. To make sure I wasn’t being too harsh I had an office mate of mine taste a slice and she commented on the gross raw, chunky garlic and lack of flavor in the pizza.
The crust was good, I just wish the pizza tasted the way it should, because $15 for a small pizza covered in chunks of garlic(maybe jarlic) and zero other flavors present was a bit tough. I’m hoping it was just a bad day, I’ll give them another shot as I want to support a local business.
Atmosphere: cozy, nice, and welcoming.
Food: everything is literally frozen. Sauce isn’t made in house, definitely canned. Cheese sticks are frozen and no flavor. Tiramisu is so frozen, it can be picked up with a plastic fork. Wings came burnt.
Pizza is good but definitely not worth coming back.
Came here with low expectations and they were barely met. I’m not a picky eater but if I’m ordering pizza and food from a place that has “gourmet” in it, I would expect something to be made in house.
Just get your 5.99 pizza special elsewhere, it’ll be more fresh anyways.
Masks required upon entry. Could use a little more hospitality but overall a great experience!!!
Needless to say, Me and my boyfriend were very pleased.
The pepperoni pizza he got tasted really good, no complaints he loved the crust/dough. He got a small pizza and couldn’t finish it all, he was stuffed.
I got the chicken pasta (forgot the name) but it’s the only one that come with roasted tomatoes mushrooms and artichoke hearts in an Alfredo sauce. It was good! The chicken was my favorite part. I got the lunch version so it came with a salad, I chose Caesar, very good! Most places get cheap ceaser dressing but this was thick and creamy and tasted perfect. The lunch portion was good size I couldn’t even finish the whole thing! I did have to add salt and chili flakes to the pasta but that’s just how I like it.
We also got mozzarella sticks, tasted different than the typical restaurant moz sticks, it’s a thicker breading and had a specific taste different than what I’m used to. Still good nonetheless. Overall, good food, I would return to try something else. Customer service was good, greeted and served in a timely manner.
