I had an online order. I went to pickup on Friday 11:15 am, so it wasn’t rush hour, but it took 5-6 minutes to someone show up. The store needs cleaning for sure. The appearance of kitchen wasn’t appetizing.
I didn’t receive biscuit or the ranch sauce I ordered. I don’t go back! Does KFC even care about its brand?!

Placed an online order yesterday at 4:05. Said it would be ready at 4:15. I pulled up to get my food at 4:25.First i was told that they were completely out of mashed potatoes and gravy but everything else was ready. Waited at the window for 20 min watching them running all over the place looking like they had no idea what they were doing. Finally received my food. When I got home and opened up the containers found the fries containers were half full, One biscuit looked like they had fingers shoved in it. ONE BISCUIT had a dang HAIR on it.

I am the same distance to 3 different KFC’s and this one had the best reviews of 3.1 vs 2.3 and 2.5. What is happening to fast food places. We will not be buying from KFC any more.

I had a pickup order from this location. & my food seemed like it was just tossed in the bag. Which made my gavy spill out the container. But I did see another person’s pickup order. That was properly prepared & sitting upright in designated area.

I went to KFC drive thru and ordered #16 which a pot pie combo. The pot pie was old it looked like it’s been sitting for hours . I called the store right away and told them it was old . The young guy that answered the phone was real nice . I told him I couldn’t come back to get another one that night because I don’t live in that area . He took my name down said come back when I could. I went back tonight and told the manager what was said . I showed her the pictures and she had the nerve to tell me that’s how they look. I literally had to get an attitude to even get a replacement. The manager had a nasty attitude the entire exchange ..KFC has to do better .. I usually don’t do reviews but the managers attitude didn’t sit well with me. The last picture is the one I got today , the others are the bad ones.

Ended up getting a chicken bucket for my family and one of the meats had an insects of some sort inside of it luckily for them my dog likes their nasty chicken and ate it before I could I snap a pick or bring up to the store as requested by the very rude manager who ended up getting very hostile during the call and just hung up on me. I can see why they don’t get business and never will for my family or I again.

I just ordered a 3 piece combo for dine in, the food was good and the employees were nice. The only thing I noticed was the overall cleanliness of the store was pretty bad. Despite the wet floor sign in the picture, it was still rather gross and very greasy.

My husband got us a 16pc meal and the chicken had no taste and looked like it didn’t cook long enough. Our side macaroni and cheese was burned and only half full. This is the 4th time we had bad food from there. And this will be the last time eating there.

Been a long time since visited this location due to sorry service & poor food. Just had that need for KFC chicken so gave it a try. Asked for a 3 pc meal (breast & 2 legs) when I got home & opened the box I was shocked that my $14 got me a breast & 2 dummy’s! If I didn’t live 6 miles down the road & so tired I would have went & demanded a refund! I understand everyone’s prices are going up & some servings are slimming down, but this is ridiculous! Once the biscuits were decent size & warm & Fluffy now they are smaller than the bottom of softdrink can & flat & hard. My chicken “legs” were smaller than my biscuit! Done! I’ll eat convenience store chicken b4 I’ll order at this store again! Shame on this store & KFC allowing it to happen!

I waited at the counter on my lunchtime and though people saw me, I was never helped. Not likely to go back nor recommend. Went back today. Nothing has changed. Little not though, sweet tea is more than brown water and sugar and let the chickens grow some more or feed them better. NEVER GOING BACK!!! I literally threw that almost $10 two piece in the trash. It’s garbage!!

Yall I’m not one to complain about food. But my husband stopped in tonight to get us dinner. Got home (we live 30-40 mins away). Absolutely never again. Missing our slaw all together. Our gravy is only 1/4 way full and it looks like it was made days ago. Called management just bushed off saying we can get our slaw and took my husband’s name. But the look of these reviews…man they need corporate to step in.
