We tried the spicy chicken with a roll, and it was really tasty — full of flavor with just the right kick ️ The roll paired perfectly with it and made the meal even better. The only small downside was the green beans, which were a little overcooked for my taste, but still okay overall
The service was impressively fast and very friendly Our food came out so quickly that we barely had time to take off our jackets! The manager even stopped by to check if the temperature inside was comfortable for us, which was a thoughtful touch

Spicy chicken and roll was great. Green beans were a bit overcooked. Service was quick, and friendly. Manager asked if it was warm enough in the restaurant for us. Our food had arrived so fast we didn’t have time to take our jackets off. The restaurant was clean but it is a fast food location without ambience.

I had a really good experience at this Chicken Express! The chicken was hot and delicious, and the fries were fresh. The staff were very attentive and they checked on us several times to make sure we didn’t need any refills, which was really nice. Everything looked clean and well taken care of.
I’m not sure why there are so many mixed reviews, because every time I’ve been to this location (usually through the drive-through), it’s been a good experience. This was my first time dining inside, and it was just as good if not better!

I hate that. I gotta squeeze 20 packets of ketchup when you can provide a bottle of ketchup the okra was warm, not fresh. The chicken was warm and didn’t taste fresh. I just find it un appealing that I spend $25 for a kids meal and one adult meal and it’s just tenders and the food is honestly not that good no wonder this place is empty

The location overall is pretty consistant but somtimes the person taking the order gives “dude where’s my car vibes” like you are being rushed to finish your order. So much the other day I forgot to add somthing to my order. Its not a big deal but some orders are going to be big given that chicken in this format feeds large groups and not everyone is going to want the same thing.

With all the craziness of inside closed, the drive up and drive thru was very busy. They seemed to be on the ball and moved the lines through quite quickly. Their tenders deal with 2 sides and biscuits pretty hard to beat. We ordered spicy wish they were a little more but not evey one likes super spicy. Just added more to mine at home. Gravy was okay could use a little more pepper. The poppers very tasty and the Mac and cheese was okay. Lacked a little flavor.

The catfish is soooooo GOOD when it is served hot and is not overcooked. The fried chicken is decent. The sides are decent for fast food. The rolls are sweet … almost like doughnuts.

I stopped in last week for dinner. I stood and waited at the counter for several minutes before I was even acknowledged. That should have been a clue. I opted for the fried catfish, fries and unsweet tea. Other locations I’ve been to, the fish is always made to order. After close to a 15 minute wait my order arrived. The fish was warmish and that might be a stretch. It lacked any crispness at all and just didn’t feel fresh. The fries, soft and barely warm. The hush puppies were the highlight of the meal. Most of the tables had crumbs and the restaurant just didn’t have a clean feeling. Even though it’s the closest chicken restaurant to the house, I don’t think I’ll go back.
