Now., I don’t know what new people is in there, but I ordered chicken enchiladas. They came out as cheese when. The receipt says chicken enchiladas. Now I come here a lot!! I also had other problems but trying to order something else. I’m guessing the lady didn’t understand me so I just told her forget it and just give me checking in enchiladas. being the fact I come here so much.! And it has never been bad food or service, nor problems with prices now, usually I don’t have no complaints ever food be good fresh hot and correct. But it’s very. disappointing being the fact that I paid pretty much $14 for something I didn’t order which the receipt shows!!!

Absolutely will not go back! I ordered nachos and told them I do not want onion, green peppers etc on my food because I’m allergic! They then gave me the food with all the extra ingredients and told me it was my fault for ordering it with beef because it’s mixed in with it and refused to give me a refund. How was I supposed to know that? I don’t work there. They never said it came like that. 0 stars! They were extremely rude!

The service has been pretty consistant. Now its the food that you have to worry about. The secrete is. If the ladies are in the kitchen then the food will be good. With a reasonable salt level. If the the guys are in the kitchen then perhaps the slat level is more for grandma. The salsa verde was very tastless. The food is just not good when they are on. My wife orders a cali burrito. Asked for extra crispy fries. As you do when you want them crunchy. Nothing but fries. No pico digio. No sour cream avo. Nothing that makes it cali. Gross. I gave a 2 star cause the ladies cook the food right. The guys just bring it down.

It took awhile in drive thru, then very disappointed in the amount of chicken there’s barely any chicken on the taco. I moved here four years ago Roberto’s was the first time I’ve ever had Robert’s and was very happy with it.. it has really gone downhill. It’s terrible. Charged $13 for a few bites of chicken. I hope that whoever is making these decisions reads this. I’m not the only customer has noticed this. It’s a shame.

The beef rolled tacos with guacamole are my go to item here. They’re cheap, they always come out hot and crispy, and they’re loaded with tons of cheese. Pair it with their green sauce and you’re set.

Friendly and attentive and quick service for takeout order. The ONLY complaint were the quesadillas. They were a bit soggy (tortilla part), other than that, it all hits the spot. Even during COVID they are open. Thank you!

Employees eating by the cash register and food was cold by the time I received it since drive thru service was moving along but me coming in and ordering took longer time to cook and give to me. After my order 3 cars came through the drive thru and left and my food still not ready and did not get any silverware either. The service in the night shift sucks. Figured they would have made some changes but still the same more talking and less working. Seems neither management nor the corporate office cares. And the service sucks. And the quantity is not the same as what I used to get at other locations.
