I ordered steak tacos, and they were amazing. The chips and salsa were really good, too. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was nice. They gave away free shirts for Cinco De Mayo, which was cool. I definitely recommend it if you haven’t been. And if you’re looking for a good Mexican spot.

Well online prices say 9.25. In store u will pay 2$ more and they will just tell u prices online are wrong and it’s not their fault. I usually order steak tacos. Usually very good. Today I ordered Special #2. Was cold and soggy. The enchilada was a soggy tortilla and some sauce. The “chalupa” was beans. Soggy lettuce. And tomatoes. The taco was just a soggy mess. When I call up there they didn’t care. Why would they? They already got my money. Just skip them. There’s at least 5 other authentic Mexican places in Frankfort. Was my go to till today. Apparently loyalty for tacos isn’t a thing. All good. I have other choices. 20$ for a 9.25$ meal. And a cup of salsa. Pick something else friends.

This restaurant is so good! The food is good and the staff is friendly. I got nachos with chicken and the chips are homemade. They’re delicious! My husband got molcajete and it was good!

I would like to have given this restaurant more but in reality this place is understaffed and not that impressive compared to the other Hispanic restaurants in town. If you’re looking for the typical Hispanic restaurants you find in most towns, this is you spot. We had to wait on everything, and our waiter was very disorganized. My wife did not receive all of her food, but the waiter was so slow she asked me not to even say anything because it would be to late by the time we would’ve received it. The only time we seen our waiter was approximately 5 minutes after we was set, he took our drink order and was gone for quite some time before he returned with the wrong beverage for me but I took it anyway because it had been so long. That’s when he took our food order and we didn’t see him again until he delivered our food. From that point my wife had done ran out of water and I gave her mine. We never received refills or any professional waiting from staff. Food was mediocre at best and over priced for its quality. Probably won’t get a return visit from us while we’re in town.

Unfortunately I went on a Sunday and didn’t realize they offer a Sunday buffet. The buffet looked good but I didn’t want that much food. The kitchen didn’t put out their best meal on this day as, I’m sure they were very busy keeping the buffet full. Also, they were very busy because I arrived as the churches were having their after services meal. The service was good and the meals I’ve had here before were delicious.

The employees are kind. The food arrived in good time. I was missing my tortillas, but besides that the food was great as always.
One bit of advice for the employees would be to come to the tables more often to check the drinks. I know many of the times I’ve been here I’ve not received a refill when I wanted one.
