Today, I ordered my sandwich, but the employee was talking to his coworker about personal matters while she took someone else’s order. They didn’t have Italian Herb cheese bread, and when I requested my veggies to be placed on the sandwich, he put them all in the middle. When I asked for Italian Herb cheese bread, he rudely replied, “We don’t have that,” and instead gave me Italian bread. They also didn’t have mayo and gave me mayo packets. I will never return to this location again.

both employees were in the back, doing dishes when I arrived. why subway franchisees never hire enough staff is beyond me. the second most prolific sadwhich shop in the country but we can’t be bothered to staff it well enough in a busy Walmart….
woman was nice enough. she seemed tired but polite
she gave me a good amount of spinach which I appreciated. bread was so dry I choked on the flakes. why subway can’t get the moisture content in their bread correct is beyond me. I’ve made bread for a few years now and I know it takes effort to make your bread be dry
there are weird barriers that look odd bordering the edge of the store where it meets the Walmart. seems an odd choice considering it was built open
drinks area seemed unclean. if your employees don’t have time to greet customers, they don’t have time to clean your area.
overall it was a solid meh

I’ve been eating here pretty often in the last 6 months, I love it. If I ask for more of something on my sandwich it’s never a problem and they do amazingly well for how busy it gets sometimes. The cookies are the absolute best, never burned. I used to work at a subway in Utah and this is my second favorite subway I’ve been to! Those polite women in there will probably give you what you want, just say something to them about it if you don’t like your sandwich. They’re good employees!

Three different times Ive been run out of the back dinning room by the same employee because she says they need to close it down for the evening. The first time there were three different tables of people back there that had to move up front. I only went to the back dinning room to find a clean table. You NEVER see anyone wiping off the tables at this subway. It’s filthy. Don’t eat here. There are at least two other subways in town that make much better sandwiches and the staff are are not rude to you like the Walmart subway.

Best subway iv ever been to hands down! Manager was a sweet heart ❤️ veggies were the thinnest sliced veggies iv ever seen from a subway, for good reason, and I promise il be back to this location anytime I’m in dickenson. Was super quick for how busy it was inside Walmart. Thanks again!!!

I love this Subway! Such friendly staff and my order is ready quickly and correctly. I like to order from the subway App to build reward points for discounts on future purchases. Plus my order is ready within 15 minutes for me to pick up. No waiting in line. They are true to their claim of fresh ingredients and do a great job all around.

I asked for brown mustard and there was a jar that said brown mustard and another that said Spicy Mustard!! I don’t care for anything spicy, spicy but when I got home a black olive feel out so I popped it into my mouth and felt as if I’d eaten a jalapeño pepper!!!! There’s no way to wipe this off of the sandwich so I guess that I wasted my money today because there’s no way I can eat this!!! I’ve been going to the Subway in Walmart for years and always asked for brown mustard and always got what I ordered!!!! I called the store to tell them that I thought that they’re bottles were missed labeled because I didn’t ask for spicy mustard but it taste like that’s what I got!! I was not offered a replacement sandwich and was continuously asked what I wanted them to do because they didn’t make a mistake!!! What happened to the customer is always right!!! SHAME ON YOU SUBWAY‼️‼️‼️
