It’s funny when you go to Chipotle. To be frank with you, a lot of times the meals are a hit or mess. You go to some places and the food’s not cooked right.
The portions are off. Everything is not ideal. The people behind the counter are not very friendly.
But at this one, the very moment this way saw me walk through the door, Josue the manager, made me felt important like it was my first time walking into Chipotle.
The food here was nothing short of phenomenal and truthfully, this should be one of their flagship locations on how to do things correctly.
I’m beyond impressed.

Doors were not open at 10:45 when the associate finally came to unlock the door he just unlocked it and walked away didn’t bother to open it for me, When i said something he ignored me with no apology. The manager was up front helping with online orders and got disrespectful when I asked for lime juice and continued to go back and forth with me after stating I will not be coming back to this location she stated “GOOD” instead of do anything to help the situation or make the experience better. This is the main reason I don’t come to this location because they are known for not having everything available and a rude staff! and the food is not better prepared than other locations. This location needs alot of help and coaching. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the Market St NE location anyday! No one greats you or even uses their manners 0 customer service skills.

Im sending this in hopes that someone in leadership can share this feedback specifically with the night team! I was waiting for a pick up order and the sight-lines were truly a sight to see!
The service line seemed understaffed, this impacted the morale of the shift. The lines seemed under stocked, the team was all over the place and the lobby was absolutely horrific.
As an ex-GM? I’m sharing this feedback because surely your GX is taking a hit. It was a complete sight to see! The team was joking around and laughing and the leaders seemed to not have insight on how bad the shift was being ran!

This chipotle is the only one that consistently disappoints. from not having items like rice or steak, to just being slow paced. I wont make the mistake of coming to this location again. if you’re out of something at least have it posted or state it from the beginning.

The name on the receipt for the host was Moselle, but I am not sure if that was his name. Great food as always, but the encounter left a bad taste in my mouth.

Despite the many poor reviews, my family had a decent experience here in terms of food and space. My chicken burrito was consistent with other Chipotles. The space is very bright, clean, and inviting. Street parking is nearby. Service wasn’t friendly and very slow.

I recently visited Chipotle during my lunch break and was impressed with the quick service despite the lunch rush. The staff was polite and efficient, which made my experience initially positive.
I placed my usual order, which never includes extra meat or any additional toppings. When I reached the cashier, they told me my total was $11.35 with taxes included. I paid and rushed back to work. However, when I sat down to eat, I noticed that I had been charged an extra $5 for additional barbacoa that I did not request or receive. This brought my total to almost $20 with taxes included, which is outrageous considering I didn’t ask for or get anything extra for a single bowl.
It seems like I am not the only one that has had an experience of being overcharged. This kind of mistake is disappointing, and I hope the management takes steps to ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers in the future.

I usually enjoy eating at Chipotle every week, but this time was a disappointment. I ordered guacamole, and it was black. I asked them to replace it, and they refused. It’s unbelievable that they refuse to sell healthy food and instead sell expired food. Also, the fajita pieces were huge and poorly prepared. They should pay more attention to their customers because Chipotle let me down this time. Bad quality, bad service, and I didn’t enjoy my meal at all.
