Flew in from Utah and this was across from our hotel and we never tried Waffle House! Oh my goodness! Best breakfast ever! Best service ever! We ordered a little bit of everything! The biscuits and gravy was my favorite! My husband loved the sausage! And my son was in love with the waffle! The Texas sausage, egg and cheese melt was so good as well! It was all good! We ended up eating here twice within our 3 day stay! Highly recommend!

My group of friends and I came in today during Thanksgiving for breakfast. The waitress served us immediately, our food came out fast and tasted great, and I could tell this establishment cared about their customers. We were in and out at a comfortable time for a comfortable price. Wonderful experience.

Beware ** You’ll be charged a significant fee ordering food to go!
I arrived at Waffle House at 7:30 PM. I don’t typically eat here, but my son requested it. When I walked up to the door, it was locked and an employee pointed me to a side window. The door signage stated that to go service begins at 8:30 PM, so this was already confusing, but I complied and ordered at the window in cold temperatures.
What was completely unacceptable was the bill. My total was $24, and I was charged an additional $5 service and to go fee, nearly 25% of my meal, for picking up food myself at a window, outside in the cold to go before the posted time for that service to even begin.
Charging a fee like that under those circumstances feels unreasonable and poorly communicated. If this is a standard practice, it should be clearly disclosed before ordering. Unfortunately, this experience was off-putting enough that I will not return even though the food was delicious. Convenience should not come at the expense of transparency or fairness.

If I could a zero star review I would. With the exception of Chelsea I say the whole crew sucks at this location. The one cook they have has such a miserable attitude throwing things. This will definitely be my last time coming to this location.

When you order the same thing every time you go to Waffle House you know how much you total should be. Went and ordered my usual but it was five dollars more. Had the lady read it back and it was wrong. She proceeded to have an attitude. I said my order and again. The young lady then smacked her teeth and said she hates when people change their order because she know what she heard me say. I swear some people need to learn customer service.

Door says inside service starts at 6. Doors still locked at 6:12. Could not even order to go if we wanted to. One employee on the bar sleep while the other looked at us and turned her head. Fantastic customer service.

On 12/16/23 my wife and I decided hey let’s go get some Waffle House .Between the hours of 7:00-7:45pm we arrived ordered what we wanted to eat and waited. 15mins into it the cook asked the server what he needed to make The server didn’t say a word and just Kept taking orders . So the inevitable happened He get mad because he had to walk to read the tickets while she claimed she called out the orders n he wasn’t listening. I witnessed her not call out the orders And thus I end up with a Grits bowl vs a hash brown bowl . Customer service was great other than that . I don’t blame the cook because he can’t do his job without receiving the proper order .All she had to say was: Drop 1 hash brown bowl NO CHEESE 1 grits bowl with cheese plus 2 eggs on the side drop 2 orders of bacon on the side .
