First, the gentleman working the window and taking orders on June 6th at around 12:15pm was amazing! Great energy and very helpful. The new cantina grilled taco is my favorite item I’ve ever gotten from Taco Bell. Extra crunchy and the chicken is actually good. I’ll come back to this store again and again.

I pulled up to the drive thru to get my order for my family for dinner that I ordered through the app and suddenly my order is canceled because someone with the same name as me called and canceled and they canceled my order instead…No accommodations just told me that the money will take a few days to go back into my account and that i can order it again I refused and left. Worst Taco bell ever..ordered on the app beforehand. When I pulled in, the drive thru line was long so I went inside. The girl told me they couldn’t serve me inside and I had to go through the drive thru. I then sat in line for over an hour trying to get my food I prepaid for. I tried canceling on the app and kept getting an error. I will never be back. I’m not understanding why they move so slow at night. Hire more workers or shut this location down. The 63 location would neverrrrrrrr. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I wouldn’t give even 1 star if it would let me post without it! We stood at the counter waiting for over 10 minutes and the employees kept looking at us but never came to wait on us. There was 1 person in the dining area and 2 cars in the drive thru so they weren’t busy, just RUDE. Apparently they don’t need our money so we will not be back!

Waited in line for over 30 minutes, sat at the order box for another 10, girl charged me the same price as a Gordita crunch for a double stack with a dorito shell, sat at the window for another 5 minutes, she hands me a bag that’s not even my food. Do better.

OVERPRICED. My grilled cheese burrito had no cheese on it whatsoever, undercooked and the tortilla was raw. Chips and Cheese? $3 Total meal was trash $9 meal in the trash. The only thing edible was the nachos. The staff also has a bad attitude. This place is the worst TB location I’ve been to.

Went through the drive-thru, but the wait was a bit much. I know it was upwards of 20 mins. They seemed to be short staffed. Also the parking lot and drive-thru was not very well thought out. People couldn’t get out of the parking scape because of how the drive-thru lane is. They really need to rethink the layout. It was very hectic.

We got dinner here this evening ordered through website and picked up around 7:30 pm if I wouldn’t have been so dang hungry I would have threw that mess in the trash I had two tiny dried up pieces of chicken on my cantina chicken burrito and the chalupa shell was hard and cold I couldn’t believe how bad this food was. Horrible and shame on you guys serving food like that.

I am fairly certain that I have never received a 100% correct order any of the several times that I’ve gone to this Taco Bell. The final straw was today when my fiancée ordered a vegetarian bowl, and found pieces of chicken inside of it, I also did not receive the drink I ordered at the same time. If you want Taco Bell in Rolla, go to the one on Kingshighway, the staff at the location on 72 have been incompetent for years now.
