We loved buying from this restaurant. We always order the Tex-Mex burgers, gorditas de chicharrones and tacos de carne asada; we love their french fries. Most of the time the servers are really nice, attentive and in a good mood. There are days they get really busy, so do expect a wait time. Definitely recommend!

I love ordering the plantains. I can tell when the grease hasn’t been changed but other than that. I love them. Just wish they would change the grease and clean their skillets or grill regularly so that there is consistency in the food quality.

Late June 2025: First time coming here. We ordered to go, the wait time was about 10-15 mins. We ordered a Beef fajita Torta, 5 Beef Fajita tacos, a Jamaica drink, 2 Churros one of each kind (Cajeta & the other one I forgot the name). The employees were friendly. We were pleased with the size portion of our food. The food was warm and tasty better than the other Mexican restaurants in the area. Satisfied overall with the service and the food.
07/27/25 Update: Recently we have ordered about 3-4 time beef fajita tacos and beef tortas and the taste was not the same, the meat tasted a bit stiff in parts. The flavor was okay and the new cashiers did not greeted us to let us know it was our turn when we told them we were waiting for them to let us know it was our turn to place our order, when they were ready to take our they took someone else’s order behind us without acknowledging us and confirming if we had been helped or not. We asked for a jamaica drink when they took our order. After they took our order we stepped to the side to wait and noticed they filled a cup and put it on the counter but did not let us know that was our drink. I think serving the drinks while the clients are waiting is a good way to reset the clock with the clients but they were probably so busy and it maybe did cross their minds or if they were new employees but the service and taste of the food this last time was not good like it had been before. I believe inconsistent is something that deteriorates with time the good reputation a business has build. Definitely they were not up to their own standards of service quality of taste of food these 3 times we have ordered in the past. I hope they fix it. We will be rating from 5 to 3 stars and give them another chance to see if they improved. We were so happy we had found a restaurant inside the wall that had all good service and quality of food and taste but might have jumped the gun in this review.

Authentic Mexican food right off the highway. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food is served fast and hot, the portions are huge with plenty of fresh ingredients. Their prices are very reasonable, can’t remember the last time we had dinner for two for $25! The inside looks as if you’re in a small town in Mexico. Definitely recommend.
