OMG this place is one of my top five for sure! They are definitely generous with their toppings. Get you a large Stromboli with cheese and thank me later! Thank you to the staff, you did an outstanding job!!

First time trying the pizza here tonight. I got the 5 topping 18″ pizza. The slices were huge. Taste and quality were great. I’ll definitely return again!

We ordered a large one-topping pizza and garlic knots and honestly… we were not prepared.

First of all, the portions are insanely generous. These slices are not normal slices — they are oversized, glorious slabs of pizza that make you stop and appreciate your life choices. Perfectly cooked, delicious, and incredibly satisfying.

And the garlic knots… WOW, they are basically butter-garlic-Parmesan perfection. My son claimed spiritual enlightenment after one bite and announced he was “about to ascend to heaven,” which feels like the most accurate review possible.

Superb food, amazing portions, and everything was just plain delicious. 10/10

Awesome place to get pizza! Pizza was really cheesy, saucy and was delicious. It has a unique flavor. Not as big of a fan of the parmesan bread sticks- probably should’ve gone with the cheesy bread sticks.

Don’t think there was any indoor seating so it’s a pickup location which is just what we needed. I would definitely order from here again. Staff was friendly and got our order out to us in a timely fashion.

I ordered take out here last night for the first time.
To be honest, it was left in the oven a little too long. A bit burnt. HOWEVER, this was the most delicious pizza that I have eaten in a long time. The sauce is complex. Obviously house made. I’ll be back. I’m not connected with the owners in any way.

As disappointing as it is to write this review, I feel it’s necessary to warn others about my experience with this establishment.

On December 26, 2025 at 11:17 a.m., I placed an online lunch order through Carlucci’s website. The transaction went through successfully, and I was charged. When I arrived to pick up my order after receiving a notification that it was ready, I discovered the restaurant was closed for holiday hours. Despite being closed, their online ordering system still accepted and processed my payment.

The charge posted to my account on December 29, 2025. When I contacted the owner, Jen, on the 26th she stated I would receive a refund within 5–7 business days. After following up with the business on three separate occasions and speaking with Angie, I was repeatedly told they were “working on the refund” and that I would receive a callback—which never happened.

I even offered reasonable alternatives, including picking up the original order at a later date or receiving a gift card, but received no response. Attempts to contact the owner again via the phone number she provided also went unanswered.

To date, I have received neither my food nor a refund. I support local businesses whenever possible, but accountability matters. At the very least, this situation should have been resolved with basic communication and follow-through.

I would advise caution before ordering from this establishment. I have retained all documentation related to this issue.

1-Star Review: Carlucci’s Pizza – A $101 Lesson in Regret
⭐ (One star for the fact that I eventually got something edible, but that’s it – the rest is a dumpster fire.)
Ordered wings, pizza, and garlic bread through pick up though DoorDash, totaling a whopping $101. Figured it’d be a feast. Nope. A few minutes later, my phone rings – it’s them, but I miss it. Try calling back? Dead air, call fails. Cool, no biggie, it’ll be fine. Fast-forward 40 minutes: I show up to pick it up (since DoorDash apparently glitched), and they hit me with, “We don’t have traditional wings.” Substituted with boneless? Sure, whatever. But what arrives after another 30 minutes of me twiddling my thumbs in their lobby is the saddest “serving” imaginable – like 5 tiny nuggets that could fit in a shot glass. For that price? Highway robbery.
No paper plates in sight either – guess I’m supposed to eat off my lap like a caveman? Meanwhile, I’m watching actual customers stroll in for “a slice of pizza,” which their windows boldly advertise… but plot twist: they don’t have any slices. At all. And the place? Looked like it hadn’t seen a deep clean since the Obama administration – sticky counters, crumbs everywhere, the vibe screaming “health inspection incoming.”
Service? Nonexistent. Communication? A joke. Value? I’d rather flush $101 down the toilet and call it performance art. Carlucci’s, you’ve officially ruined my lunch hour and my appetite for takeout. Do yourself – and DoorDash – a favor: stay home, order from literally anyone else. 1/10, and that’s me being polite.

Burnt crust underside, cut incorrectly(double size slices), late by 40 minutes, 3 topping pizza and sub ordered, missing one ingredient and no sub. Bill wasn’t adjusted for missing items. Definitely not a 50 dollar pizza. Do better. Shop was amazing when it first opened, been disappointing every time given another chance.

The first thing is just based ok my personal preferences. Not my favorite pizza. For some reason I just wasn’t vibin with the flavor of their sauce. Im sorry just my personal preferences. I like my pizza sauce slightly sweet. And the next thing I not just personal preferences but based on my dads experiences. They have a difficult time following special but basic instructions like extra sauce or light cheese. One time dad asked for light cheese and the pizza came with extra extra extra extra cheese . The slices and box itself were soo heavy and not even enjoyable w that much cheese. A few times he asked for extra sauce because I guess he doesnt mind the flavor of their sause, sometimes they would get it right but other times it was wayy off. Another time he asked for extra sause.. they look extra to the extreme. Sauce dripping off. Extra times 5. We stopped going there. Sorry I hate leaving negative reviews but its the only way they will improve is if they know what customers dislike.

Pizza slice was burnt on the bottom but the dough was still raw on top. Garlic bites drowning in oil and bland. Sauce tasted old. There wasn’t one good thing about my lunch experience. Employees phone was getting a FaceTime call but walked outside just before it started loudly going off the whole time I was there.
