This is hands down the dirtiest and worst Subway I have ever visited. I have no idea who is responsible for managing this location, but it was shockingly unclean. The floors were filthy, the tables hadn’t been wiped down, and the food prep area looked unsanitary. On top of that, the customer service was terrible—the employees were rude and unprofessional. I even overheard one of them loudly complaining about how much she hates her job.
As for the food, it was just as disappointing. My sandwich was poorly made, the ingredients seemed low quality, and the bacon was cold and completely inedible. It was so bad that I couldn’t even force myself to finish it. Overall, this experience was beyond unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back. I strongly suggest avoiding this location unless serious changes are made.

Visited with my husband and baby. There was one person ordering, so while we waited I went to put her in the highchair. It was so incredibly dirty and sticky. Grossed out, I needed to wash my hands so I headed for the restroom. The one person working there stopped me and said no one was allowed that section of the restaurant (where there were tables for eating). While still waiting my husband spotted a MOUSE crawling in the corner. We promptly left. We will not be back.

On 03/17/2024 at 6:46pm I bought 2 full sandwiches and 2 medium ones and they charged me for 3 medium ones. I came back and mentioned what was happening. Their response was an insult to me and my family. Honestly, I have visited other subways but only today. I have received this kind of insult towards my family.

Zero stars for this location. I was working on a job with 2 other guys at the field across the street. when it was time to eat lunch I ordered sandwiches for all of us on the app at this store. The order went through on the app, paypal alerted me the payment went through so I walked to the store. when I got to the store the woman behind he counter told me the order never came through. I tried showing her the payment authorization, but she kept saying the only way an order didn’t come through is if payment isn’t processed. after a little bit of back and forth I realized I was getting nowhere. So I ordered the sandwiches at the counter, in the App there was a special going on so my meals in the were $24.28. At the counter it was well over $30 so I paid $50 some odd dollars for lunch. I thought paypal would back me up. They did not, The owner of this store never responded when a claim was filed and obviously they must know that using paypal for these type of purchases in the app is not covered by purchase protection. Personally I would never stop at this Subway again, and possibly not even a subway in general. However I will never use their app again and or Paypal for payment.
By the way the payment certainly went through and this owner never even bothered to respond.

Supposed to close at 7pm. 6:20 and they said they’re closed and were extremely rude about it. One star because I can’t give zero and I can’t rate the food because I didn’t get any. Nothing is more annoying than when you specifically Google a places hours and take the time to go there only to find out they’re lazy and rude and decided they were going to close early.

I don’t know who works on Opens on Sundays, But there NEVER open on time it’s 10:05am now and there is nobody here. Every Sunday I come here to get my lunch for the day as I do every day and I can never get it on Sunday. Losing Business, as there is 3 other people here complaining as well. This should be addressed as this has been going on for months.
