Absolutely awful customer service. I’ve been a loyal Lenny’s customer for years, but this location was a complete disappointment. When I politely asked for grilled onions on my sandwich, the young ladies working there flat-out refused—something I’ve had done at multiple other Lenny’s locations for years with no issue.
On top of that, I wasn’t greeted at all when I walked in. The staff seemed annoyed by my presence and made me feel stupid for simply asking for my sandwich the way I wanted it. No professionalism, no courtesy, and no effort to provide even basic customer service. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and honestly embarrassing as a paying customer. I won’t be returning to this location.

Placed order at 11 am to be ready by 1 pm. It’s 1:30 pm and I’ve been here waiting since 12:55 pm. Ive got to be back at work by 1:30. Im now late just waiting on a freaking sandwich. Im going to have to cancel because it doesn’t look like it will be ready any time soon at all smh. This place should not run specials if they are unable to fill these orders in a timely manner.

Hadn’t been to Lenny’s in several years. Was in the area & stopped by. Ordered the Chicken Philly & Italian Subs. The food was hot & freshly prepared. The total was $37 for the sandwiches w/no sides.

The staff greeted me immediately after I entered the restaurant. They were friendly and knowledgeable and gave great service. The wait time for them to prepare my sandwich was minimal.
