Simply awful. The chicken we were served had obviously sat all day under heat lamps. Dried to a crisp and not edible. Biscuits were hockey pucks. Unreal. Save your money and forget this hole.

Their food is absolutely disgusting. It is way way over cooked like really burnt and the wedges taste like they haven’t been changed out all day. The mashed potatoes were not cooked properly at all. The chicken was probably the better item. The biscuits were so burnt from being fried instead of baked. They didn’t even look edible and the worker was not willing to make fresh biscuits. I was not willing to sit there and argue because I tend to explode. So we just ate some of chicken and threw away the rest of the food and went to McDonald’s. $23.00 down the drain. I definitely would not recommend this place and I do hope corporate sees this. Food not being properly cooked or changed out throughout the day is a health and safety hazard!

Dirty, and flies everywhere should’ve been my first clue. Needed something quick, stopped in there for a quick bite. Asked for 2 of their 2 sandwiches for 10 bucks specials. Took the dude like 10 minutes to ring up, also told us reluctantly that he’d have to make it… like yes? Obviously? I asked how long, said 5 minutes. Awesome! Kid was literally dragging his feet and seemed to be having an attitude with his manager back and forth. Fine. Just want my food and get back on the road. 15 minutes later, still waiting. Finally get my food. Its cold. Currently sitting on my dash as a waste of money in fear of getting food poisoning from cold chicken. Waste of time, waste of energy, waste of money and now I’m pissed with 10 hours left to drive. Thanks!!

Anytime I ask for an order of gizzards on second shift the guy (Noah) tells me they out. Look if you don’t want to cook just say so. During day time the staff is friendly and always cooks me the perfect juicy gizzards.

Went in for food at 2020 local time. They were cleaning up to close! Asked the very young female worker why.. she barely whispered, had to ask her to speak up several times..
She said “this is how we normally do things. Make a last cooking, then once the food is gone, clean up and go home”

WE LOVE CHESTER’S CHICKEN BUT WE Stopped in on 8/12/19 around 3 or so and you all OWE US 2 2 piece meals my chicken was so OVER COOKED AND DRY the dog wouldn’t even touch it. I didn’t go back because we stayed at the customer for early morning delivery. The lady was RUDE and that was $18.00 shot down the drain. Chicken Strips were tough. NEVER EVER HAD BAD MEAL FROM CHESTER’S TILL NOW YOU OWE US THOSE MEALS !!! WILL I SEE IT PROBABLY NOT

Food was terrible. Okra disintegrated when you took a bite out of it, and the chicken was so chewy. The gravy was chunky, nothing was fresh. DO NOT WASTE your money or time. We’d been better off with Taco Bell.
