The transformation at Domino’s Pizza has just been stunning. I actually delivered for Domino’s back when I was in college in the 1980s and I remember being so tired of those pizzas. But beginning around 2000 I started buying pizzas from them again, not often, but even then I couldn’t discern it from a Little Caesars Pizza that usually was half the price.
I went back to them a few years ago even though there’s not one in the town that I currently live in. OMG, they have really put some heart and soul into there pizzas and the price is really good because I always have so many deals on the app.
So last night I was doing some late night work over in Hendersonville North Carolina and I spied a Domino’s that had recently reopened after that same location had been flooded by Hurricane Helene a year earlier.
BOOM!!!! What an absolute home run of an awesome Pizza! I did the garlic parmesan sauce on the pan pizza with chicken tomatoes and black olives with extra cheese. It was so good. I was inside their store, so like every 15 or 20 seconds I heard a computer chirping away and it was just the incredible number of online orders that they were getting. I can certainly see why.
If there is one downside, it’s the $1.80 they want to charge for a tiny little bottle of Parmesan cheese. Dude, those things used to be complimentary!
It’s probably a good thing there’s not a Domino’s in my hometown, I would be eating there every night. This way it gets to be an occasional decadence but they are so much better than Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, and oh God yes Little Caesars. Domino’s is now my number one go to place to get really good pizzas and my hat is off to the guys in Hendersonville North Carolina, but my experience has been the stores in Toccoa Georgia and Westminster South Carolina can also turn out a wicked Pizza that’s just as good as the one I had yesterday. Keep it up guys!

I ordered 2 large pizzas, both with extra sauce. One with pepperoni, the other with mushrooms and green peppers. Neither had extra sauce and the mushrooms and green bell peppers were exceptionally stingy. The pepperoni pizza was very light on the sauce. Make no mistake. The pizzas were tasty. But they were not prepared as ordered and light on toppings.

Mobile app is incorrect constantly. Drivers take up to 2 hours to deliver, communication from them and the store regarding your orders is non existent unless you reach out and even then you may be on hold for 20 minutes. When you do get someone they just answer quickly and hang up.

Asheville Hwy Fletcher (3rd) $6.99 Philly Steak and Cheese Sub. WHERE’S THE MEAT! This should be called Flavored Bread. This is what you get when you remove the green peppers and onions. Pitiful sub. This is after my order was wrong. This is my 3rd try at 3 different locations. Hendersonville Hwy (2nd) Philly Steak and cheese pizza no green peppers and onions, you guessed it they added them and it was 20 minutes late. Four Seasons Hwy (1st) same order same mistake. I’m done with the Domino’s App. My orders were using the App.

Very disappointed with our delivery. This was suppose to be their speciality buffalo chicken pizza. It’s clearly not. There’s was little to no cheese and the pizza was burnt. I ordered this pizza at 2:30pm and it was delivered about 50 mins later. I did call the store and the lady argue with me about what I had ordered. She told me there was nothing they could do and to call back after 5 or 6. My Husband took the pizza there to show them how disgusting it was and they couldn’t even give us a refund. This pizza looks like it was thrown on the floor, pick upped, and then put in the box. We will not be ordering anything from domino’s ever.

4 times ive had to wait over an hour and a half in store for a pizza and tonight I had to wait 2.5 hours and was told they lost my ticket and made my pizza COMPLETELY wrong! Guy making it didnt listen obviously and gave me attitude. Haven’t been compensated any 1 of the times either at all! Ended up leaving tonight hungry with no pizza and a refund. Unbelievable ridiculously terrible customer service

I’ve been ordering from this location for years. I mainly started ordering from dominoes because they have a gluten free crust option, where most smaller pizza places don’t (let’s be honest-a mom and pop pizza place is going to always have better quality than a chain). I wasn’t expecting much from a chain, but this pizza is really good. Over the years, there have been a few times that I have not been happy with the quality and/or delivery, but hey…most of the time it’s been great. Tonight’s experience was perfect-easy to order online, amazing quality, great delivery person. I had a fresh, cheesy, hot pizza at my door before I even had time to even wonder when my order would arrive.
I can always tell when this location has a new manager/staff because the experience can be inconsistent. Note to corporate-pay these employees more, they deserve it. You made a gross profit last year of $1.85 BILLION dollars so you can afford it.
