Ok guys. I’m a religious Andy’s fan. I’m spreading the Andy’s gospel to friends, coworkers, family, and even my own costumers. I love to explain to them how and why custard is so much better than ice cream. So, y’all do have the products that I want, in stock. However, I can’t have them the way I want them? I love Andy’s Frozen Custard and usually have a great experience, but this time my Oreo Concrete was a bit disappointing. It hardly had any Oreo pieces mixed in, which made it taste more like plain custard. The flavor was still good, but I was hoping for more of the signature mix-ins throughout.

Great new custard location in Bartonville, TX. I’d been to other locations in the past, and this new location only 2 miles from me is going to be a problem for my waistline!!!

The staff is friendly and fast, and they’ve gotten through the walk in lines and drive through lines fast.

Know they’re getting a lot of “new place” vibes and traffic right now and things will cool down as we get to the end of Summer, but the quality and convenience of this location will surely make this a popular hangout for the school kids and adults alike.

Party of 5 (3 children), place was recommended by our friends. We did the walk up option vs drive through. Young lady at the front counter was very rude, made us feel like we were bothering her. We spent $21 and arrived at 5:30. Family laughed it off but being rude to customers in unacceptable.

We love Andy’s and have been going for long long time but the new Bartonville location has been disappointing to say the least. Last 3 times we’ve gone, our orders were all incorrect. Young employees are trying hard and I don’t have the heart to call them out. We just eat what they give us and it’s still good but for $22 for 3 small custards, it would be nice to get what we ordered. Sad to say we are done with Andy’s.
