This place has such potential because the food is actually good but it is totally miss managed. Every time I go in here the restaurant is empty and it still takes in excess of 15 min for them to prepare my meal when everything is cooked already. At the price point of $17 for a single meal I expect to receive a to go container to eat my food out of and not just wrapping / smashing my sandwich into tin foil. They use to serve the food in a to go box. Also had the pleasure of biting into this piece of plastic wrap and the inside of my sandwich.
If you plan on enjoying their free ice cream here I hope you bring your own ice cream because they never have the ice cream machine running. Do a better job at managing your establishment.

Whoa! People we are standing in the moment of have to leave one star just to leave a review. This is a Uber eats order. Of course I followed through with the protocol. I will wait to see what happens I really don’t care if anything happens. But there is no way Im not sharing. Adding photos including a photo of my receipt because the times should have told me everything I needed to know, it’s currently 32 min after I placed the order… See for yourself, make your own call, good luck.

I’m not sure if I caught this place on a bad night, or what. Tonight I ordered (through Uber Eats) pulled pork, sliced brisket and ribs. The pork wasn’t pulled, it was ground into a fine powder (see photo). Why would anyone do that??? It had the texture of baby food. The brisket was chopped (not sliced, as I requested) the ribs were very undercooked and the meat refused to come off the bone. I chose three sauces and got one to split with my entire family. I tried calling the location and got no answer. This is why I’ve grown to detest delivery food – I’m out $80, my family is still hungry, and there’s nothing I can do about it but write this and sit here angry.

Worst fries this side of the MISSISSIPPI! Fries were literally raw in sections not cooked. Large fry ordered and inedible. Honestly the worst fries in the past decade of eating. I could not believe they boxed these! So limp and sections are raw potato. Staff was great though! No we do not want a refund. The Brisket like others mentioned was flavorless, the beef ribs nothing but fat and I wish we had just ordered our mac and cheese with the chicken and the baked potato that has a pile of meat on it. Wish you had not stuck the butters that every worker sifts thru the butter container- in with the hot food and wish we had not gone to Dickies actually at all. So please management no refund no offer of a refund. Do not waste your time offering. Sorry. Paid out $95 and we should have paid for what was decent to eat $25. Oh well….Save yourself ..if you are going to order just get the mac and cheese and add meat to it, and just get the loaded baked potato and add meat to it. Posting the large fry photo you can see how literally uncooked they are! My gosh.

Ordered ahead of time. Whomever answered WAS NOT pleasant AT ALL. When I picked up my order the cashier tried to charge me $22.00 for a 6 piece Fall of the Bone Ribs and a side of coleslaw. I questioned the price and he was dirty rude. Will NOT be back to this restaurant. When I arrived home, noticed the box my food came in was completely dirty with sauce on the outside. Disgusting.

Ordered through door dash. Dickeys bar-b’q selling under the name wing boss. STAY AWAY this is the worst attempt at edible food I’ve ever seen. First half our food was missing. Second the food that did show up is so un edible. I am truly baffled how an employee could cook this and let it leave the front door. Wings so burnt and over cooked I felt like I was eating turkey at the Griswalds. Let me back up. I wasn’t eating it. My dog wont eat. RUN RUN RUN

The brisket is so dry and no flavor at all!! Doesn’t seem like it’s even smoked. The sausage seemed like it has been left out for hours. I ordered my food in the store and live about 7 minutes away and my food was cold not fresh at all. Very disappointing

I placed an order for takeout. When I got there, there was one customer at the counter paying and no other customers were there. The employee behind the counter said that they were waiting on some other item for the rest of his order. Instead of asking the customer to step aside, he started carrying on a whole conversation with the other customer giving me no eye contact whatsoever. I crept closer and closer to the counter to even get acknowledged but it never came. After hearing a novel, I had to butt in and say, ‘Hey! How’s it going? ‘ He reached over to the side and my order was there the entire time. I don’t blame the customer because they had their back towards me but the employee clearly just didn’t care that I was there. Got home and my brisket was cold. Way to make a customer feel completely ignored!

Food was good I enjoyed the one meat plate with 2 sides, my husband tried the 2 meat it but we noticed a bit of a short fall, I received more meat then he did. a employee sanitize the tables before we sat down to eat. I did notice the floors in the dinning needs a good mopping.
