There’s nothing particularly special about the ambiance — it’s simple and straightforward — but the restaurant is consistently clean. The employees are friendly, and the customer service is pretty good, which makes the experience even better.
Overall, Chipotle is a dependable choice for a tasty, fast, and satisfying meal. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
I’m unsure WHY when these employees are having a bad day, they take it out on the customer. I’m extremely polite and hoping I’m able to just place a smile on their face but that’s a WASTE OF MY TIME!! The tables are always filthy and as prices increase the portion size decrease.
Another positive is they have great WINDOWS and are on the corner. You can park next to the restaurant and keep an eye on your car. Although the parking near the restaurant is not in the Security Camera Zone, I think it’s better to keep an eye on your car or truck. –Especially if you have a work truck with a lot of tools and stuff. The cameras in the security zone of the parking lot don’t really do anything, I have seen a lot f shady characters begging and checking out cars there. This is the new California and Cypress isn’t what it used to be; we all have to deal with this.
Unlike other Chipotles employees are restricted from filling up your boals you can only have so much rice and you get exactly on scoop of meat, so sometime the bowl is not totally full.
