THE FOOD:
We went in on a Sunday night and to our surprise it was not crowded at all. Infact we were the only people to be here for dine in. We ordered Cheese garlic bread and then a large pizza with one half of Malai Paneer and other half with Achari Gobi. The Cheese Garlic bread was a tad spicier than it should have been I feel but the pizza was absolutely no where near being good. Everything seemed so bland and certainly not sure if the chef forgot to add some salt and basic spices. All we felt was the malai sauce a bit here and there but the flavor of turmeric and plenty of Fennel seeds scattered across. That completely made it so difficult for me to even try. I would rather have a proper Indianish Pizza from Flippins which is just a couple of blocks away or from Slice n Spice in Cumming which is a whole lot better.
AMBIENCE & SERVICE:
The place is so good and well lit. The tables were clean and the place looks better for dine in with both indoor and outdoor seating. The service was pretty quick and the staff was very much prompt and friendly. There’s a bar as well which we didn’t try. The toilets were well maintained as well. Price is reasonable I felt.
BOTTOMLINE:
An average restaurant if you really want to try fusion pizza items just for a change. I wouldn’t recommend this place much and doubt I would return here as the taste isn’t that great or no where near at least compared to so many other fusion chains (ChaiPani, Slice n Spice, Flippins) we have tried in the past.
MY PICKS FOR YOU: Garlic sticks with Cheese
Clearly the staff was not equipped to handle the rush even though it was a weekday. It took them forever to take our order after we were seated. No one was keeping a track/ sequence of people waiting in line.
The food was good; pizza was full of flavor. Cheese bread was delicious too.
Their tikka flavor pizza was below average; didn’t attract the taste buds.
Okay experience – might go again but would try safe flavors instead of experimenting Indian/desi flavors.
We also tried one of their cocktails, which my girlfriend thought was just okay. On the service side, the place was packed and the servers were clearly doing their best, but they seemed overwhelmed. Management really needs to think about adding more staff or improving service flow because it does affect the overall experience.
The only thing I genuinely enjoyed was my chilled beer. It’s a nice concept and the food presentation was promising, but the flavors and service didn’t quite match up.
They had music playing which was fine with us. Busy but not crowded on a Saturday evening.
They’ve got plenty of drink options too. Overall? A global ‘okay-ish’ from me — but definitely worth going once just to say you tried Indian-style pizza in real life.
tried were also delicious! I had the lemon drop & the old fashion. Ive been recommending this spot to my circle and recently got my mother #hooked. I wish I remember the name of the gentleman who served us but he was so kind and helpful. I am definitely a loyal customer from this point on.
The food is incredibly consistent — no issues, no surprises, just good food every single time.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.
Highly recommend if you’re in the area and want pizza with real flavor
