Service wasnt the issue here. The food wasnt horrible as was the authenticity of the mexican cuisine. Yes, this isnt the south where your grandma from Mexico cooks a mean caldo de pollo. I ordered the lunch special Molcajete. Different it was. The sauce seemed home-made, but the meats were drowned in it. Rice was missing crucial flavor.

Came in for another try at this place. Not any better than my last year experience. Hostess sat me and said “what are you drinking?” Wow, not the best customer hospitality. Moldy lemon on my instant-tea. Lowered my stars to 2-star. Chicken and rice was dry as if it was not fresh.

We used to eat here weekly. On our last visit a year and a half ago I had a live bug in my salad after pointing it out to the waitress she went and got someone else and they took my plate without saying anything. Didn’t offer anything new or even apologize. ( They took that plate off the bill ). Fast forward to today I decided to give them another try but wanted take out. Tried calling for it to go straight to a full voicemail. Fine I go in to order the waitress was rude I told her I wanted to place a take out order she rolled her eyes. I told her I tried to call but it was going straight to a voicemail. She said the phone was ringing off the hook and that’s probably why. ( In the 15 minutes I waited for my food the phone never rang not once) When my food came out I thanked her and got a ” yep ” in response. Won’t be going back.

Honestly it’s not worth the visit we did it so u don’t have to …the waitress made us feel rushed…the food had no flavor ..the eggs were over cooked and the chorizo was burnt .look closely at the picture…it wasn’t appealing..La Fiesta is where you want to go for Mexican…plus they charge u 3.9% extra just for using debit card…DO NOT GO it’s a waste of money

Coming from California, where the best Mexican food in the country can be found, I already had low expectations for Mexican food in Ohio. Somehow, this restaurant managed to fall even lower—this was, without a doubt, the worst Mexican food I have ever had. The food was completely bland, utterly flavorless, and so unappetizing that I could barely stomach three bites before losing my appetite entirely. It was a complete waste of time and money, and every single one of my coworkers felt the same way.
To make matters worse, the service was just as bad. Our waitress greeted us with a noticeable
attitude and, instead of any semblance of hospitality, the first thing out of her mouth after we sat down was a flat, uninterested “What do you want to drink?” No greeting, no warmth—just pure indifference.
Terrible food, terrible service, and an overall miserable experience. If you’re looking for good Mexican food, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This place is not worth a single dollar. Avoid at all costs.

I use to like this place but it has severely gone down hill. After a few months hiatus after the last debacle where our food was ice cold and they forced me to return there in the middle of an ice storm, I finally decided to return thinking that perhaps that was just an off night. I decided to order the quesadilla to go and let me tell you I’m not impressed. The size of the quesadilla for 12.50 is ridiculous. Additionally, they didn’t include neither the sour cream, lettuce, tomato, nor the rice! I will not be returning to this establishment anymore. Again, the photo is what was included for 12.50. That’s it.
