The staff at this location is exceptional! Friendly customer service and great tasting food. This a n newer location and is super nice + clean. Patio seating for the nicer days of the year and plenty of seating options inside including tables and booths. Plenty of parking in the rear and a separate entrance as well. Pricing is definitely on the higher side. The “meal deal” makes it a bit more affordable but still too expensive for what it is in my opinion.

Five guys is a burger and fries restaurant known for large quantities of fries and a decent fast food burger. The fries are phenomenal but the burger quality can vary store to store and even visit to visit. Sometimes the food is exceptional and sometimes it’s kinda subpar. It almost always hits the spot though, but it’s also pricier than most other burger joints at almost $13 for a double cheeseburger with bacon. Fries are costly too but I would highly recommend the Cajun fries for a nice kick.

Came here for a quick bite to eat after coming from the airport. Although the food is on the pricier side for “fast food”, it is still delicious! Plus you get free peanuts to snack on while they cook your food! The staff was very friendly and welcoming!

Twice I’ve ordered from this location, 4 bacon cheeseburgers, and both times they didn’t put ANY bacon on the burgers. I paid almost $10 more altogether for the bacon and didn’t get it. Both times the fries were also undercooked. It’s really not that hard to cook fries, I’ve worked in fast food. I’d seriously refrain from ordering from this location.

Dinning area was clean and so was the kitchen. The guy who took my order was very friendly and patient. I ordered a oreo shake. It’s good but the oreos are stale and old.

This location is run perfectly fine and doesn’t deserve a mid 3 star rating. Too many people are angry because they think any burger chain should have McDonald’s prices. Here’s my handy guide:
3 stars – go to McDonald’s; it’s cheap
4 stars – Five Guys, good quality ingredients and convenient, if slightly pricy
5 stars – go up the street to Pat & Gracie’s (local restaurant) and get a truly delicious burger

I used to LOVE Five Guys and went weekly, but they prices a have gotten CRAZY high – even just fries costs more than the whole meal should.
Also, the fries used to be much better, when they cooked them a little more (the way they originally made them, for years, until recently they were always a darker brown color and tastier). I asked to have them cooked more, the old way, and they refused – makes zero sense for a business to refuse such a simple and easy request from a customer.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, not only do the fries cost way more, they also gave me like HALF the amount – they tried to not even put the “topper” fries!?!
They just opened this new location, yet already they’re willing to be making such a bad impression on customers?
Why?

Food is overpriced and beyond greasy. The bag my food was in was so saturated with grease the bottom fell apart and I dropped my fries all over the back parking lot. Manager Megan T had an attitude. She acted as if she was having a bad day and didn’t want to be there. They must not value professionalism and curtousy at this location. Will not frequent this location again! Food is too pricey and the service is terrible. Go elsewhere, do your wallet a favor. Your customers are the backbone of your business, without them you wouldn’t have a business.! Word!
