Coworkers and I did a group order. I ordered the new fire hot chicken I received plain grilled chicken and rice bland and tasteless. Another coworker asked for chow mien with her order but received fried rice. Another ordered shrimp and didn’t receive that either. The other orders I guess were ok. 3 out of 6. $8.50 for a plain bowl of rice and some grilled chicken. I added jalapenos to give it flavor.

The lady that’s usually almost always there when I get food is not very nice and the food is hardly ever fresh and there’s never really a variety. There’s only ever a few dishes to pick from and she never has fortune cookies and says that she has to go in the back in order to get them and never goes

Should have looked at the reviews first. Came here for healthy tasty fresh veggies and meat but I got none of that. I got discussing tasting broccoli, no other veggie choice, nasty tasting rice, half decent orange chicken, served with an attitude. Never again wasting my $11 here.

It’s bad enough the food seemed like it had been sitting out for a long time because the orange chicken was really hard and there were parts in the rice that were in hard dry clumps. To make matters worse there was this long pointy stem in the chicken and I was close to swallowing it! Definitely not worth eating there again and I’d recommend going elsewhere!

I have ordered here twice during my stay at the Sunset Casino Hotel. The first time it was totally dead and I walked up and ordered crazy fast. Elizabeth S helped me the first time and she was great. The food tasted like your typical Panda Express food.
The second time I stopped by I was like the 4th person in line and when I got to the front, a lot of the trays were empty. The server helping me (Simmaly S) was nice and worked fast.

First time eating at this establishment. Only person in line at the time of order and it took 32 minutes to get food. Ordered two entree plate Kung Pao chicken and broccoli beef with 1/2 chowmein and 1/2 steamed rice. Received a handful of noodles, and 80% fried rice. Broccoli beef was all broccoli and one piece of beef — it was hot, unlike the rice & Kung Pao that sat for 32 minutes and were ice cold. They should be ashamed to serve something that awful. This location is really bad. I wonder if serving something that has been sitting on the counter for 30+ minutes conforms to safe good handling requirements of the Clark County Health District. Believe the other bad reviews about this location and find somewhere else to spend your money. Your stomach will thank you!

We showed up around 20 minutes before closing and there was a single serving left of maybe 5 entrees that all looked too old to be served. The lady started mixing them to make the food look better but we decided not to eat there. Why should we settle for food that might make us sick and not even be able to get the entrees we normally enjoy. Thanks for nothing Panda.
