As you can see, I don’t usually write too many negative reviews because in general I think they’re useless. I never write one if the people are willing to fix things while I’m there.
Ordered food, including a drink. Walked around to get iced tea and found out they don’t have any… Asked if they had some behind the counter, and got the response “we didn’t bother to make any today“. Asked for a refund since they charge over three dollars for a drink. Denied, as I’d have to wait 15 to 30 minutes for a store manager. I asked if I could simply exchange it for something else that I actually wanted to drink like the beverages in the cabinet behind them. Yes, but I’d still have to wait for the store manager because they can’t do that. I ask several people if they would do the right thing and let me exchange my drink. The main counter person said, and I quote “I don’t care, ha ha!“ And walked off. I asked them repeatedly if they would help me do the right thing. They ignored me. You wonder why people flip out in public? It’s a crew like this.
I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with a corporate helpline (also subpar) to get my three dollars back. In addition, the counters were filthy, the people were not wearing proper PPE and hairnets, and the dining room was trashed. Nearly didn’t eat my food when I got home. Tried calling the store several times, but the store manager never picked up. Do they even have a store manager?

I went into this location today on my lunch break. The guy behind the grill cooking the food had no hair net on hat completely to the side and only one glove on. When I walked up to order; the two men behind the counter kept talking about something and showing pictures to each other on the phone. I said I was ready to order to which they replied “give me a second” and kept showing each other pictures on what appeared to be Instagram. When they did finally take my order I went to pay and they had charged me for both my food and my co worker who came in with me but not a person I was paying for. They didn’t announce the total and I admit I didn’t ask but I was charged for both. When I asked if they could take the other off and refund me so that my co worker could get their own food they responded “can’t you just have her cash app you, are you hurting that bad over $15?” Rather than argue I just said whatever and had my co worker zelle me the $. Horrible service at a place that was once my favorite place to eat. I will never visit that location again and I do not suggest anyone else visit it either!!

The front line was not clean when I came into this store. the pans needed to be changed to make it look more presentable and items needed to be married. things were out on the main line and instead of taking the time to get fresh cold side items it was taken from another line and my bowl was closed before asking if I was finished adding anything. I asked to have cheese added to check to see if the things from the to go were actually added. the queso I got as a side wasn’t even filled all the way hence the picture below. If I am paying for the side I’d expect it to be filled to the top not 75% out of the cup! Usually when I go to this location it is good but today at 2pm it wasn’t a friendly or clean environment.

I don’t understand how you can sell stale chips, EVERY TIME! For what you charge for 1/4th a bag of chips. I can literally see the bottom of the bag and I haven’t taken a chip out yet.
I’d be more happy with this little of chips, but make them edible! Lol I go here 2x a week and I’ve now had to write this bc every time the chips are stale.
I guess I have to eat chips when I get them before I leave to make sure and ask for a new bag.
Service is great here, all other food fantastic. Love this place but give me edible chips pls.

The cashier (AA Female) no name tag was very inpatient and extremely rude to the cultural misunderstanding of some customers behind me. If it’d been my business I would have fired her on the spot. Her behavior was unacceptable, disrespectful, and doesn’t represent who or what we are to visitors coming here. 12.22.25 at 1:45.

Don’t ever order doordash from this location. First I received and order for Steven and Danielle. Doordash gave me credits and I reordered myself the same burrito I tried to order the first time. I somehow ended up with an incorrect order AGAIN!!! I even called the store and told them my first order dropped off was wrong. The person on the phone said they’re working on my burrito right now. They also gave me a 1/4 of a bag of chips. I expect better. Also, trying to call and get through to the store is a PAIN, the automated system is horrific. Took 7 minutes to finally get to someone in the store.

This has happened a few times but how am I supposed to have my child put the meat in an already cooked cheese quesadilla? Makes no sense. Good quality and how it’s put together is never consistent. Rice was bland. As you can see in pic it’s just white rice. Beans are sometimes spicy, sometimes not. Been really disappointed lately. I work nearby and was an easy grab and go lunch and I eat there often but I’m gonna go elsewhere for now. Not worth the guessing game.

This location is very very stingy I got a life size bowl & got half of the servings the bowl wasn’t even full when I picked it up, like what are you guys Even doing here?!? Half of the staff is just standing around & only a few are actually working. Corporate really needs to start micromanaging this facility since it’s in a very nice high end town & getting half portions for full charge price like what in the heck is this ?!?!?

Payton handmade me the most delightful, delicate, beautiful, absolutely MASTERPIECE of a burrito bowl tonight. This bowl made me physically stand up and applaud Payton for her hard work and dedication and commitment to Chipotle. This is the single handed best burrito bowl i’ve ever eaten in my entire existence, and genuinely pushed me and changed my perspective on mankind- also the government. Now I know everyone is lovely and worthy in their own way. Everyone here deserves a raise and a kiss

Over the last probably 6 months, the service and performance at this chipotle has taken a huge dip. We have had multiple pick-ups where the burritos were very loosely folded to the point where it falls apart when you pick it up and it’s only partially wrapped in foil. The size of the burritos have shrunk incredibly, and mine today was about the size of a soft taco. Just because someone is picking up their order and not watching you make it doesn’t mean that the quality should be any less.
