Brand new location and very clean. The staff are very good, welcoming, polite, and can make a good cup of coffee. I wish they would let us add our own cream/sugar to a simple cup of coffee but these kids know what they are doing. Great seating area for groups or just people watching. Restrooms are clean and do not require a code/keys/etc.

It takes an eternity to get a mobile order here. I placed my order at 7:35 am, and I wasn’t supposed to receive my coffee until 8 am. People have jobs, and they deserve to be served promptly. Unless you’re willing to wait forever for a simple drink, I highly recommend avoiding this location. I ended up cancelling my order.

Honestly such an unfriendly rude stuff who does not care about customers. Regardless of how many people are in there. I have stood there several times waiting for at least 5 minutes someone to come to the register. Waiting for someone to answer my question, or for food without a single person to say “hey we will be right with you” Not a single person greets you when you come in. Nothing said when you leave. Some days my drink is great some days it’s horrible so inconsistent. I generally do not write bad reviews but this is just not how people want to be treated in the morning getting coffee. There is one gentleman behind the counter who tries. He is the ONLY one who half tries to have decent customer service attitude.

The workers there are very rude!!!! When walking inside my kids and I did not receive a welcome in greeting but when a white elderly couple came inside they all of a sudden had words to say! Mind you I spent $50 in this establishment just to be treated rude and disrespectful!!! I asked for a manager and all they had was a team leader (who also had an attitude when I asked to cut my grilled cheese in half) and all she said was “so sorry about that” no type of accommodation! I will be making my way to a manager tomorrow because Starbucks to damn expensive to be dealing with rude employees!

Inconsistent. I get the same order every time and it’s never made the same. Today my coffee drink is too watery, at other times it has a spoiled milk taste. You never know what you’re going to get!

To Whom It May Concern,

I normally use the Campbell Ave Starbucks as my professional meeting hub, where I bring co-workers and business partners who also purchase during our sessions. On today’s visit, I was forced out by an employee named Ezekiel within minutes of sitting down, loudly demanding I buy something immediately despite no posted policy requiring it.

His behavior embarrassed me publicly, broke the professional atmosphere Starbucks is known for, and forced me to cancel a scheduled business meeting. I had to inform my team while walking in the rain — something even my own partners didn’t know I deal with, as I always keep things professional.

This conduct not only cost Starbucks business today but threatens the steady flow of professional meetings I host there. For the sake of your brand and community trust, I strongly recommend Ezekiel be suspended or removed.

I get that there’s always a rush in the morning and in the afternoons like this morning. I have to say the staff that was working today was killing it. The line just kept moving. I have not seen very many places be able to move a line that fast. Very pleased with this Starbucks.

Brand new. Great bathroom with a very fancy hand washing unit. Staff was welcoming and so friendly. But again. I don’t like not being able to add my own cream and sugar to a drip coffee. I won’t be reloading my Starbucks card, which I’ve had for 20+ years.

Normally everything is fabulous, a newer gal named Chloe has been very rude and unfriendly, out of the norm for Starbucks. Hate to complain but as circumstances warrant something needs to be said or done. Thank you to the rest of the staff for making us customers feel valued and respected.
