Do not eat here!!! They will charge you incorrectly, the restaurant doesn’t get cleaned. Trash cans are over flowing. The staff is incompetent and doesn’t understand simple food service. The menu prices don’t match what you get charged. Not worth the frustration and hassle. Go to Whits, which has had a massive turn around under the new owner. We will not be coming back.

Would not ever eat here again. This is the most shameful excuse for “fast food” probably the slowest place of all time. And check out this $12 chicken sandwich and amazing lettuce it came with! For a $40 meal I’d go literally anywhere else.

This DQ is the worst! We waited 10 minutes at the speaker to order b4 they told us to wait to order. Then waited another 7 minutes to finally place the order. We pulled around after ordering w 3 cars ahead. Waited another 5 minutes and left the line. We went next door to TB got our order and sat in Kroger parking lot to eat our food watching all 3 cars in front of us in your drive thru pull around and go inside to collect their orders. The person taking the orders to begin with is very hard to understand. Now there are 3 employees smoking out the back door! I have been to this location previously, it took quite a bit of time but today was completely unacceptable! We will not be returning

Don’t come waste your time or money!!! The last few times I’ve went in I had to wait to get my order taken then wait about 10 minutes on food for there have been at most 2 to 3 people running the store. 2 people can’t run a fast food place on their own especially when it’s busy these poor kids were running everywhere. Management GET BETTER for your poor staff and all your paying customers.

Ordered a mint Oreo blizzard, got half plain vanilla, half mint Oreo blizzard. Is it a cost saving measure? Laziness? I don’t know.

Walked in to get cones for my family. Ordered large cones for everyone. Spent $20 dollars on 4 large twist with sprinkles and 1 large vanilla. Picture below is what we got. Need to get rid of staff that is standing around talking and not caring about the service. Won’t be back.

Me and my fiance ordered chicken boxes and orange cream shake. The shake had like chocolate or nuts from a different shake at the top of it and our toast n chicken had burnt pieces all over. When my fiance went in the manager and workers all decided to mock him an be very rude. Was not expecting this we’ve been here before it’s always been good but the service n food was not worth it. No customer should hear the workers talk bad About them or mock them.

I stopped to get lunch. Got my order and all of it wasn’t there. They stuffed my cheese curds in the same box with my garlic chicken and I didn’t even get my Texas toast to dip in gravy. Last time I go to this Dairy Queen.
