As for the incorrect food orders, please take more care to read the order details accurately or find a job that doesn’t require you to.

Im a Uber eats driver every time I come at night they say they don’t have the order or it’s going to be a 20 min wait they need to be fired because their messing my cancellation rate up. I’m never accepting order from them again this is the 3rd time

This is the second time I was disrespected at this location. They’re always busy the ladies hat work to register always get very frustrated and bad attitude there is a gentleman there that is very fast courteous, effective and respectful. The last time I went to cashier run off before charging me for my order, I was at the fountain getting a drink, she yelled across the restraunt “your card declined” and I told her that’s a lie. I told her that I never swiped my card. I swiped my card not knowing there was a delay in the receipt machine so I asked for a receipt and she said “can you just wait a minute, it’s coming”. I didn’t know there was a delayed reaction, then she said whatever sir I explained to her that if I was a bad person I would have taken my order and left without paying, and she told me try it and see whats gonna happen

KFC had always been good to me. I ordered a 2 piece that came with a biscuit and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. The problem I had was when I asked for water they didn’t provide even a courtesy cup of water.

Their original chicken was very salty this time. We ordered spicy and got regular. We ordered on line for pick up. They gave us the wrong order and over charged us. Because I ordered online they were not able to give me what I asked for nor my money back. They were Very Rude. I was told either take what they gave me or take nothing and go back online to fix my problem. It was the first time I used their web site to order, only because the prices were a bit cheaper. I tried to go back online to get a refund but the situation never was fixed. I paid just over $43 for 2 buckets of 8 pieces of chicken. When the Tuesday online sale price should have been $10 for each bucket. I don’t know how they came up with that price but I tried to explain but they were very crowded and other customers were getting angry because “I” was taking too long discussing my situation. I had no choice but to leave with what they prepared for me. NEVER AGAIN!!! NOT EVEN WALK IN!!

Very disappointed with their famous bowl. The chicken felt rubber and hard when biting into it

Very bad experience. Extremely slow service. Broken register’s. They got my order wrong. Not a clean eating area. People left because of the slow service. Associate didn’t seem to understand English. Customers couldn’t be treated the way I was. Very rude manager.
I won’t be going there again!

This was a horrible experience. Pulled up to the drive-thru and asked for my order. Was told it wasn’t ready and had to go inside. Went inside sorted my order everything looked good minus a missing lemonade. Got home to realize they forgot to give me mash potato bowl. Luckily I ordered through GrubHub and was able to get a refund without having to call this location. Because the girl I dealt with seemed miserable and the manager looked like he gave no cares in the world. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

While going through drive through of this location Cicero Road.. 2823 South Cicero in Illinois.. Melissa (as she says her name as the Manager.. yet her tag says ASHLI ) African American woman younger lady with glasses hair in a pony tail.. order from drive thru and informed her that we had a coupon from the rewards app.. get to the window where we pay waited 3 minutes until she opened the window.. we informed her yet again we have a coupon she cuts us off saying what kind of coupon and you need to show it.. very rudely may I add and only to turn around with an attitude and yell don’t want to order or not.. and then slammed the glass window shut in our face.. mind you this is a manager might I add.. (I wish we could load pictures on here) if this is who you have running your store.. shame on you. ACTING A MESS AND WANTING TO CALL THE POLICE… strange just strange.. yes keep listening to your employees they may help you save your job ASHLI
