I came in today at 12, ordered from the new drinks and my drink came out clumpy, the wrong color, and unappetizing. They did not make my drink up to standard and have messed up my order 10+ times in the past 2 months.. it might be new baristas or management; Regardless, this should not be an ongoing issue. This location seems to be the only one executing poorly in the entire area.

One of my favorite Starbucks, the team is very friendly and welcoming as soon as you come through the door.
Hats off to the management team fast, efficient and has the team running on all cylinders.
You cant help but to return the nice smiles and friendly hellos!

I grab coffee here every morning on my way to work. My treat to myself. The staff is so friendly, helpful and always with a smile. Food is always warm and my coffee consistent. They’re always so receptive to feedback and that vibe is always so lively and they always play good music. Just know– there is a long drive thru line and there’s limited parking.

The espresso with whole milk&whipped cream (Venti size, which requires four shots of espresso) tastes really good. I believe your store actually uses four shots of espresso instead of three or fewer, which I suspect other Starbucks stores are doing. It’s easy to taste the difference… happy with my purchase!

I was in the drive through line for 15 minutes and only 2 cars moved during that time, I FINALLY got to the ordering speaker and wanted to order the BOGO which ends at 6pm, it was 5:46at the time I wanted to order, would’ve been earlier if they weren’t so slow with their service……anyway, the order taker told me at 5:46 that it would be too late to order the BOGO……meaning 4 cars ahead of me were going to take 15 minute’s to get their drinks???? Unexceptable service!! So then I park and go inside, and am able to order my BOGO drinks, but they are still veryyyyyy slow Oh, and it took over 35 minutes in total, to get 2 drinks and some egg white bites!! Also, they couldn’t even get the size of the drink correct!!!! Should it be this hard to get some coffee????

I love Starbucks, wherever I go, I always look for Starbucks, Hawaii, Florida, NYC, New England, California….
And this Starbucks is one with the best service, the girls are welcoming and super nice, the waiting time from ordering to receiving your order is extremely short, specially comparing to any other Starbucks I’ve been, for 1 decaf, 1 reg lattes, 1 eggbite, 2 warmed croissants
If you have your order for inside, they use porcelain coffee mugs, plates and real utensils
They also keep the place clean and well organized and the bathrooms were also clean when we were.

Definitely not a busy branch but the service is very slow given that there’s only 2 cars in the drive thru, no customer is inside the store , there’s 3 people working and we placed our order online.
Got to the drive thru and they even hand us the wrong order . The crew is friendly but a Lil awkward. Crew here need more training.

The staff has an attitude from the moment I walked in. They did no greet customers with the usual welcome or hello. When politely asked for a drink that was missing an added topping that I paid for. The barista wasted half of my drink by pouring the drink onto another cup to simply add the missing sauce. Poor customer service and bad attitude. Hope they can get some training and or find something they love doing instead.

I love slStarbucks. But, this location is always packed. Nothing wrong with this. However, the drive-thru line is always very slow to move. Parking not great. Since the drive-thru affects the parking on both sides.
I will give more stars when the service gets better.

I went in the drive-through to order one Americano hot with oat milk on the side no cars in front of me. It was just me I pull up. The girl asked me if I’m paying with card or cash. I say, Card she pulls out the machine for me to tap my card and she says “ it’s gonna ask you one question”…( If I wanted to tip ) I declined a tip. I ordered the simplest drink and She’s just doing her job giving me the drink through the window. Starbucks please tell your barista and cashiers to stop asking customers. It’s very uncomfortable. I was feeling like maybe she’ll spit in my drink if I don’t tip, I don’t know. I don’t mind tipping, but there’s no reason why I should tip her. She’s getting paid hourly and She didn’t have to serve me at a table. She’s just doing the cashier duty. It’s very rude to point out the “ tip question “. By now everyone knows that that is a question in any restaurant and if we feel like we want to tip, we will automatically tip and she has a clear jar outside if people wanna leave cash for her so she clearly did this. I find it very rude and not acceptable..
