Update: The Strawberry Rhubarb pie I recently had was off the charts good. Crust was fantastic and the filling was perfect. Sorry for the picture after it was nearly devoured. Price was more than fair too!

We were in West Virginia on the hunt for the perfect pepperoni roll and the wonderful local folks directed us to the Taste of Heaven – what a treat – yummmmmmm. If you are in the Lewisburg it’s a must stop!
I FELT THE NEED TO EDIT MY RRVIEW – when we got home and I had my fist pepperoni roll I about fell off my chair ….. if I had been a smart woman I would have tried one on site and then promptly walked my self right back in an bought them all – we also cried the cookies – yummy moist and delicious- it’s a must visit – it’s literally right off the highway so stop for gas and hit this place on your travels!

Wonderful bakery that is a great place to pick up lunch. If you’re not a local but are traveling through (like heading to or from Snowshoe Mountain along Hwy 219), mark you map and stop to pick up yeast rolls or bread, chicken salad or anything on the menu – it is worth the stop!

Nicest people ever run this fun little store. You can get a fresh made to order sandwich or grab some cheese and meat to take home to make your own. Lots of other side are available along with snack mixes and spices!
