Very rude employees including management always mess up orders first trip I ordered a double cheeseburger got a single cheeseburger went back to have them make it right and received another single cheeseburger said something again. The manager gave me my money back and said take your business somewhere else. Went back there on a second trip. Ordered a double bacon. Cheeseburger and had no bacon. Went back in to ask about the bacon. They handed me three little tiny strips of bacon that was cold in a box and said you can put it on yourself

They like to leave things off your order and then claim you did not order it but you get charged for it. I was the only car in line and was asked to wait at the end to still have the order wrong when I tried to check the order the employee got upset. Sad way to do business when a chicken sandwich costs you 20 dollars since you did not get 2. Just to have management shrug and say it happens.

The worst fish sandwich I ever saw or tasted. We had to wait for our order of 2 fish and one child s meal. The fish was far from freshly made. So dried out it was hard to bite. Bun was burnt.

Usually good but this time I ordered an Italian BMT but I left out the word “Italian” and just told the clerk BMT. WELL I got a BLT instead. I might have noticed if I had worn my glasses! Provolone cheese with lettuce, olives, banana peppers, and jalapeños on cold bacon is not good! LOL.

All of the workers are treated with respect as well as the customers. Great environment the vibes are great. The food is made fresh just an all-around good place to grab a bite to eat. One more thing if you don’t like your boss then you may wanna consider going to BK for a job. The boss must be someone you wanna work for because all of the workers are always happy, friendly, service with a joke and a smile.

First off I dont like to give bad reviews. However I just ordered 8 mozzarella sticks and a frozen coke from the New Martinsville, WV store. The time was about 12:45. The mozzarella sticks were not even a little warm. It was like they sat for awhile. I dont care if they sit for a bit working in fast food is not an easy job. But these weren’t even edible. The frozen coke was just horrible. Again I understand if it is runny or really thick but this was just gross.

I was running late and decided to stop by and pick up dinner. Ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches and 3 of the new brisket whoppers. The chicken sandwiches had no mayo and about 3 or 4 pieces of lettuce and were overcooked and hard. The brisket whoppers had about a tablespoon of brisket right in the center, otherwise it was just a whopper but was more expensive, not worth the additional cost. Will not be going back. No wonder they have no business.

Ordered $20 worth of nuggets & burgers 3X this week. Every order was shorted on food & nugget counts. Restaurant is ALWAYS disgusting and nasty. I’ll NEVER be back!!! Avoid this BK at all cost as I GUARANTEE you you will get LOUSY SERVICE, DOG WORTHY FOOD, from the FILTHIEST restaurant I’ve seen in a decade. YAK!!
There were about 10 reviews when I posted this one. I called corporate 3X, who offer & say that they will call you back, but never do. Funny, since me calling corporate, there are now 80 reviews….and they’re back dated to be older than mine? Rigged….obvious corporate feedback manipulation. Nastiest restaurant in town. I went to Wendys and they filled a 20 burger order in 1 minute….I was blown away.
