Our wedding cake turned out even better than we imagined. Not only was it beautifully designed and exactly what we had envisioned, but it tasted amazing as well. So many of our guests complimented how delicious it was, which made us so happy. I can’t recommend Jennifer and Elegance on Display more highly…I’m actually shocked that any other bakery in the area can even stay in business given how incredible she is. I was about to sign a contract with a bakery that offered 4 wedding cake flavors, when I decided to look around one last time…and then found Elegance on Display’s website, which has countless incredible flavor combinations AND the most beautiful designs. Jennifer is the ONLY vendor of my entire wedding who said “absolutely, no problem” to my ideas. I provided Jennifer with a photo of our invitations and asked her to design the cake as a stained glass version of our tropical venue, and she spent 15 hours bringing the hands-down most beautiful cake in the history of mankind to life. I didn’t know it was possible to love a cake, but now I know that’s possible, and that’s because she poured her heart and soul into this project! She’s an artist in every sense of the word and we are so fortunate to have been able to work with her on this. The flavors we chose were: Pina Colada cake with pina colada filling on the bottom, amaretto cake with pralines & cream filling in the middle, then spice cake with caramel mousse on top, and every guest was blown away. If Elegance on Display is in the area of your event…then look no further, she is the absolute best in the business and I’ll never forget her beautiful work.

We used Elegance on Display for our wedding last week and it was SO good. We had a dessert bar with a small cake. The cake was delicious. We are not huge fans of wedding cake typically and were hesitant to even do one but holy cow was it delicious. Everything in the dessert bar was. Almost every guest commented on how much they liked either “this” or “that” and how good it was.

Recently had a wedding at Fallbrook Estate via Wedgewood Weddings and honestly, the venue was great but it sucked that Elegance on Display was the baker that came with them. Unfortunately, they come with the package so why not give them a shot!
Nope, they broke the custom made cake topper I had done and didn’t apologize about it until I inquired about it. I just found out during reception – they provided no heads up, no “sorry we broke it, here’s the missing piece”, no anything. The missing piece is still missing so I couldn’t even repair it myself.
Was the cake good at least? Hell no, it wasn’t. It was very hard to cut. It wasn’t even moist. It tasted like a regular cake I could get at Vons.
If you were to book at Fallbrook Estate, ask for a different baker. They lack the care that you deserve on your wedding day.
