Love this place! Traveled in the area for work. Eaten in and gotten it to go. Fantastic food, we enjoy the aesthetic of the place. Cowboy burger, French dip sandwich, fish and chips – all excellent. Nice selection of sides too, but just stuck with fries. Definitely coming back!

Just passing by from a business meeting. This place caught my eye. The waitresses were very kind and responsive. They checked in several times with us. The food was good. It was a little spendy but the quantities made up for it. The burgers were huge and the fries that came with it were plentiful. The place appeared to be very clean and not run down. It had a nice western frontier feel to it.

This restaurant offers a cozy Western-style vibe that makes you feel right in the old USA. The staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the warm atmosphere. The food is solid and comes in very generous portions—definitely come hungry! There’s a wide variety of dishes to choose from, though vegetarian options are a bit limited. One highlight is the unlimited soft drinks, especially the house-made lemonade, which is refreshing and delicious. We were quickly seated and got excellent service. We each got different burgers, I got mine no bun with extra lettuce and a friend got theirs on a gluten free bun. Our food came quickly, the portions were great (I made two separate burgers from mine it was so much meat & bacon) and our meal tasted good. We tried a couple of the desserts and they were pretty good.

We were told about Sydney’s from a work friend and tried it out. I’m not a big fish fan but their fish and chips were really good! The burger was also awesome. A bit out there as far as location, but great food. We also ordered the mashed potato egg rolls and they were pretty tasty especially if you add a little salt to each bite.

Sydney’s never misses! We’ve been several times – the portions are generous and the prices reasonable. The breading on their onion rings and chicken fried steak is out of this world! Delicious desserts as well. Sydney herself asked how our meal was. It has great service with a great hometown feel.

Cool remodel of this old building. Food is pretty good and the fries and onion rings are absolutely AMAZING! Phenomenal looking desserts that I will have to go back and try someday in the near future. Waiter was nice and took back the food when I realized they got the wrong food for my husband.

I want to PERSONALLY thank the owner for allowing my aunt to call in ahead of time to request that she have some PISTACHIO cheesecake slices available for when I came in on August 24 2024 from Southern California to visit. I was extremely grateful that she made some cheesecakes and had them out and available. It’s the BEST I have EVER HAD.. Cheesecake Factory couldn’t hold a candle to your PISTACHIO. It’s most definitely one of a kind. The highlight of my trip these past few years when I visit my auntie Jo in Hyde Park Utah, to be able to come to Sydneys for this cheesecake just puts the BIGGEST smile on my face. I’m in my 50s now, and I shouldn’t be going crazy over a delicious cheesecake like some little kid.. but I just can’t help it. It’s just too good not to have a slice.. it’s perfection to me. I hear they have many other great desserts as well, BUT I’m too stuck on your PISTACHIO cheesecake that I don’t know if I’ll ever get a chance to eat some of the others.. lol ha ha. The owner is just the sweetest lady and, in turn, was so gracious and appreciative that I loved her Pistachio so much that she thanked me for coming out when I was Thanking her for making this for me when I was in town this weekend. Just a really nice person. I genuinely love her place. It’s nice and cozy and friendly and the food is great. I loved their chicken tenders, and of course, I got TOTS cause it’s in Preston Idaho, and We all know Napoleon Dynamite loved eating his tots, so I went with the tradition . Our waitress was a nice girl who took good care of my aunt and mother and myself. We were very happy with our service. My aunt loved the junior cheeseburger, and their fries are simply delicious with a perfect crisp to them and some fry dipping sauce. All in all, it was another FANTASITC trip here. It didn’t matter if last year you were in Mantua Utah and this year Preston Idaho.. I wasn’t gonna let anything stop me from coming back for another wonderful slice of heaven in their delicious PISTACHIO cheesecake. Thanks again from the bottom of my heart ❤️ for the awesome experience and for taking the time to stop by our table and talk with us and listen and laugh and smile. Cause your cheesecake definitely puts a big smile on my face every time I take a bite… Forever a fan .. Christopher

We ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and this thing was massive and good! Also ordered the Fry Bread Taco and it wasn’t the best. However the sweet potato fries are bomb asking with the strawberry shortcake dessert! The dessert was amazing and we will be back for that! Oh and the onion rings are amazing! The hostess/waitress Cecilia (something like that) was really unfriendly and shouldn’t be the one that your guest first interact with cause everyone else there was great! Are server was Mike and he was just wonderful and very friendly!

We LOVE this place! Came across it on a trip to the area and will come back as often as possible. We’ve been here twice, and will be back many times. Sydney herself let us try two desserts, (one on the house because we couldn’t decide!) and we loved both. All of the dishes we’ve tried were fantastic. Cannot recommend enough!
