We’ve given up on this Taco Bell service is good but the food has been going downhill for months. Last week we ordered chicken cantina burrito and there were so few pieces of chicken it was pathetic. We asked for steak and received ground beef and 2 tiny pieces of steak. The Cinnabon delights were hard and there was no filling in half of them and Tiny portions of filling in the others. We will stop going to this terrible location

I have a few problems with my visit. We came in at 10pm and were told we have to move both of our cars because they are getting a truck. If you have to inconvenience your customers like that, ask to get your trucks at a time that you are closed. Also it took an extremely long time for anyone to acknowledge us. Then after we got our food and sat down, we witnessed 2 different people come in to complain about their orders separately. They were also ignored for a very long time. One of the guys said he got somebody else’s order and was opening everything to show them. I then saw them take back all the food he touched and they gave it to the correct person. That’s extremely unsanitary and they should be ashamed. It also smells like pee in the dining room today but I have never noticed this before so I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

This is quite possibly the best taco bell location ive ever been to. They never mess up your order, they always get the food ready super quick and they were even open during a snow storm.

I don’t like that you have to order on the kiosk or online, they won’t personally take your order. Ordering on the kiosk is timely to figure out, plus it doesn’t give you the option to request a paper receipt, which is an excruciating annoyance. It took a long time to receive my order. The cheese quesadilla has some weird sauce on it that I didn’t really care for. The folks there was very friendly and hard working.

All around disappointing. I ordered the chalupa meal and they were cold and the shells were soggy and tasted raw instead of crispy like they’re supposed to be.
The fact that they tell you to order from the kiosk is ridiculous.
Add this one to my list of Taco Bells to avoid like the plague.
