Raw cookies! Waste of money. Don’t bother placing an order online and think it’ll be ready on time you’ll end up waiting for them to make it once you get there so you’ll wait 40 minutes for some cookies and some ice cream and when you get it it’ll be melted. So for $40 enjoy your melted ice cream.. got here when it said to. Had to wait 40 minutes to get fed raw cookies and melted ice cream. If management cares get ahold of me and offer me a refund please! Ridiculous

My husband and I went here for the first time and my ice cream cookie sandwich was melted before I even got home. We live like 3 minutes away by car. It ended up being a hard cookie and sticky melted ice cream. Would not recommend.

Very clean, friendly staff and delicious peach ice cream, and the little gummy bears were exceptional as well. I’ll definitely be back.

This was my very first time at this place. And let me just say this place is sooooooooooo amazing. I got the cool mint ice cream with gummy bear toppings it was delicious! There were so many options and flavors in ice cream. The workers were so sweet, helpful, and very respectful. The place had very vibrant colors. I would definitely go there again!

If I could leave 0 stars then I definitely would. My husband and I stopped by here tonight (almost 30MINS BEFORE 9:00PM) and upon entering my husband being the nice guy he is ask the 2 young girls how they were doing, they totally ignored him. Then we go to order ice cream and they had already cleaned up the mixing station 30MINS BEFORE CLOSING AND REFUSES TO MIX IN THE 2 TOPPINGS I GOT IN MY ICE CREAM BECAUSE “THEY ALREADY CLEANED UP”. At this point my husband was furious because they put the toppings on top of my ice cream just classic laziness for ya. Then they forgot my Oreos so he had to go back in and ask for them enough to get them and they were old. My husband was so upset and angry he didn’t even order anything. All I can say is the business closes at 9:00pm NOT 8:30pm and those are 2 of the laziest most snobby girls I’ve ever met in my life. WE WILL NOT RETURN BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE! Also I recommend getting NEW EMPLOYEES AT THIS POINT.

The lady who made my banana split was so nice. This is one of the only places I could find that have them without pineapple. I called before hand to ask if they had banana splits and they told me they had ran out of bananas, the lady then told me she was going to make a run to the store. The workers made the place so amazing and they are doing an amazing job! Thank you all so much

It was my first time at this place, and I will say that it was awesome! The ladies that were working were very nice and helpful. The ice cream was great as well! And they have many options. Loved this place! 10/10 recommend

Best ice cream place in Owensboro! So many flavors to try and so many that are yummy! The unlimited mix ins is awesome. The girl who put mine together had the best customer service I’ve ever seen at an ice cream place!

This is one of our favorite treats in PCB so we were excited to visit. Our visit was nothing short of a HUGE disappointment. At 6:30 there were only a few cookies out, when we asked if there were any more the employee was short with, “Nope” like why would we ask. We asked for a double doozie… when she returned there was VERY LITTLE icing in the middle. It looked like just 2 cookies together and they were hard and stale. After 2 bites it was tossed.
My child ordered hot fudge, there was a tiny drizzle on the scoop. As we were sitting the employees were rushing to put everything away as if they were closing but didn’t close until 8pm. A young lady wearing a black coat and long dark hair (working) was putting waffle cones in tubs sneezed in her hands and continued picking up the cones to store in the tubs.
Needless to say this was our first and last trip.
I did hear 3 other families come in commenting that there were not cookies in the cookie store.
